You can keep Dabo and his forced team bible studies right there in Souf Carolina, and you will like that you have to keep his bubba gump ass there too

We have white Charlie Strong at OU.  It’s awesome.

I made a joke to a buddy of mine during his presser. I basically that right now the OU head coach looks, moves, and talks like an Oklahoma meth head on a good Tuesday.

Saban can run the operation like he did at Bama. He'll have the budget.  It was our choice not to spend it on OL.
I like Will Stein's offense.  I'd at least like to interview him and see if he's HC material.  There are actually some interesting names if the job opens up.  I'm assuming Lanning is unattainable unless he just covets the UT job.

Nobody Sabans age is taking over what will be a 2-3 year rebuild at minimum, probably closer to 5-6. Get that shit out of your mind.

Saban is a pipe dream but Cignetti took a 3-9 team that was 33-49 in the previous 8 seasons and the worst P4 team historically to 11-2 in his first season and sits at 8-0 right now.
The days of rebuilding programs over multiple seasons through HS recruiting have evaporated with free agency.

A solid NIL base, a good coach and the ability to identify talent can turn a program around immediately.

They need to bring over their players though, so that excludes non active HCs. And that excludes Saban ironically.

LOL remember we all wanted Urban Meyer back in 2020?

I wouldn't mind Curt Cignetti, but Indiana just gave him an 8 year add on to his contract

Remember when we all laughed at the idea of Sark and when it was reality convinced ourselves it was awesome. We should all probably expect something similar.

Yes, but Saban is probably the only exception. If he came back, with big NIL support, there would be massive transfer interest. Plus, his current gig exposes him to teams and players all across the country, so he's got up to date info on all those potential transfers.

Saban is going to stay retired, but if he did jump back into the right spot, he'd playing for titles by year 2, def by 3.

His teams are tough and play hard, and his o-line is really good.  Currently undefeated this year and played Georgia a lot closer than we did last year with way inferior talent.  Not sure how he'd be at the bullshit parts of the job.
