Looks to me like Under Armour is cutting back on NCAA sponsorships. The UCLA debacle resulting in cost-cutting moves?

It's Nike vs adidas for the P4 and higher-profile G6 brands. I'm still surprised Rutgers is in the B1G.

For some reason, the diamond pattern is important to the owls. No, I don't care to look it up.

and so we start once again, fashion week in college football, where the lesser programs, acting as if it were drag day at the Copa Cabana, trot out their new, colorful uniforms for all to see and admire... "ooooohhhh ... look how pretty they are!"

iconic looks stand the test of time.

And better never fucking change.  Michigan, Alabama, USC, Us...we never should change.

To echo my earlier point, I thought these were pretty good as a one-off. They kept it simple and only used the dark grey.

Miles away from that over styled Arena League shit

Yeah, that one is much better than the Vols' latest iteration. I'm just not a fan of grey, dark or light. "Anthracite" in Nike marketing jargon.

Cincinnati's new jerseys have a custom "Speed Block" numbers font, which is okay. Nike's marketing team must think they're getting paid by the word for their promos. Overdesigned?

GTs dark alts are the definition of GFGS. Where is the blue that is actually in their brand kit?

I will never understand why Miami insists on this nonsense and left FIU the vice alts.

I'd love to see Texas football do a social media announcement of their uniforms simply emphasizing that we aren't changing a damn thing.

Nah. It legitimizes the sweaty desperation by putting them on our level. Nike knows this, none of their bluebloods with set uniforms (aka PSU, Bama, and USC) do that kind of campaign.

I'm not talking about a campaign, just a simple post. It doesn't put us on anyone else's level - only makes a simple point.

But, whatever. Just an idea.

If Charlotte is the "gold standard" why did they remove that color from their home & away uniforms? Bricks on the helmet stripe look stupid, but whatever. "Brick by brick"

Please get these two teams on each others schedule ASAP.

I think FIU's "Vice U" alts were gaudy, but okay for a one-off. It fits Miami's art deco culture & beach vibe and will sell merchandise. I don't know WTF grey does for anyone.

FIU Football's New Vice U Uniform ...

Agree that GaTech should've gone with NAVY as an alternate uniform bc it's a primary color. "Grey Matter" is an approved secondary color, though.
