  1. Past hour
  2. 37 on 14 shots...which is insane. Bailey did bounce back from what little i watched. few nice wide open dunks and a couple 3's and ended with a decent game. maybe sub level by his standards
  3. Spurs signed 20 year old defender Kota Takai from the Japanese League (team Kawasaki Frontale). https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6447636/2025/07/08/tottenham-complete-signing-of-japan-international-defender-kota-takai/ This is a move to bolster the back line.
  4. We gave up scraps who have since gone on to multiple teams: Vanderbilt is a 8th man on the Lakers, Pat Bev out of league, Balmero out of league, Malik Beasly multiple teams and soon to be out of league, Kessler- who sucks. So far its been Rudy Gobert for Walker Kessler, Keyontae George and Will Riley and 3 consecutive losing seasons. + we just literally picked ahead of our own pick after the KAT trade with Detroits pick lol. 1st rd picks can be had pretty easily, especially the ones Utahs likely going to be getting in 2027 and maybe 2029. the 2029 sucks to give up but whatever, winnings fun. losing 67 games next year like Utah will do isnt fun
  5. @Bob Lives! Can we get an update on the total so far?
  6. Based on a couple posts from yesterday, it sounds like volunteers aren’t needed at the moment? How long is that likely to be the case? I planned to drive up to help clear debris tomorrow and Thursday. Is that not recommended? If not, would it be better after a couple more days once the initial round of volunteers taps out? Any good links around where someone is posting for volunteer signup or something of the sort? I’ve sent money and supplies, but I’ve still got my body and a bunch of gear I can put to use, just don’t wanna get in the way.
  7. I don't see the "tribute" and 2 for 1 info now. has the window closed on the offer? Thx.
  8. Point of order: MAGA and GOP are uniquely awful at actual governance - just check on your uncle who died of covid or the other 1M Americans who died bc the pandemic was politicized.
  9. I follow a site on FB called "Does the Greenbelt Have Water." They showed plenty of videos of a wet greenbelt. Sir, this isn't news. This is just a political opinion. You're in the wrong place.
  10. Greece is on fire. Coincidence? Hardly.
  11. This needs to be a front-page article. I mean, what the ever living fuck? A city manager going on a run during a flash flood warning?
  12. If you're going to care for your mom, I'm not sure but you might want to consider a sit down tub. It won't help the Air BnB Value, but it might be something to consider.
  13. That will be $11 for breakfast, FAWK OFF MCDONALDS!
  14. Bobby Burton Just two short notes this morning as we await decisions from Marietta, Ga., linebacker Brayden Rouse and Frisco wide receiver Jalen Lott… 1. Thank you to everyone who participated in the fundraiser for the Central Texas Food Bank last night on our episode of Talkin’ Ball. We donated $2,899 as a community to the organization that is helping people in the midst of the tragic flooding in the Hill Country. Again, I’ve always wanted this to be a place where Texas fans could be proud of, and there is no prouder moment than when we come together and do something like that. 2. I spoke with someone yesterday who believes Jack Endries may make a run as the team’s top receiving threat overall, much on the same vein as Gunnar Helm a year ago. “He’s a little freaky,” the source said of Endries. “He’s athletic, smart, dedicated, all those things.” Ok, but how good is good? The source’s prediction for Endries “He’s an All-SEC or All-American level guy, no doubt in my mind,” he said.
  15. Timeline now showing 22 warnings were issued from Thursday afternoon at 1pm through Friday afternoon. The city manager dude saw the alerts but apparently made no effort to alert anyone in any way. He did go for a run...at 3:30am. You know, normal emergency protocol. I'm amazed that people are defending the camp morons. They're calling the owner a 'heroe' (popular Facebook spelling) for dying while trying to save girls. This idiot either ignored the flash-flood warnings starting at 1pm on Thursday, including the evacuation warning at 1am on Friday, or he didn't receive the warnings. Either way, he is 100% culpable. It's weird. It's almost like the local authorities didn't do anything when it mattered most, which is previously unheard of in Texas.
  16. Like Enron opening an office in the WorldCom building.
  17. Does that mean that there's no amount of evidence that can convince you of anything or make you question anything unless it's first-hand evidence? And no, you didn't say "from what is reported." You said:
  18. Last time he was in official DC capacity in the league was around 10 years ago, right? Probably hard to draw any conclusions on what his defense will look like or tendencies because NFL has evolved a ton since he was last calling the shots.
  19. Went to bed with a lead, woke up to this. Martin give it up?
