  1. Past hour
  2. Ok, another answer just for Blotto... Why sometimes less lightning during rainstorms in Ireland ?? "Rain in a climate such as Ireland is most often stratiform. That is, it is created when moist air is lifted by a front, or by divergence in the upper troposphere. Thunderstorms involve buoyant air, which rises on its own due to its being warmer than its surroundings. Typically solar radiation is involved in heating the surface such that the air near it warms and becomes buoyant. That is more common in lower latitudes and locations that are typically sunny."
  3. They gonna store it in the basement?
  4. I expect Schulz and our other semen to be along shortly. IYAOYAS
  5. Simply retelling the story, unfortunately Joe isn't with us anymore to make the argument, at an hourly rate, and I am sure he would make a compelling argument either which way depending upon the client.
  6. You or anyone else have suggestions for moderate to difficult hikes around Vail and Breckenridge? I think I have my hikes for RMNP figured out, Sky Pond via Glacier Gorge and some smaller ones. I leave next Friday and staying till August 7th. Six days in Estes then three each in Breckenridge and Vail. Then probably doing Manitou Incline and staying there one night.
  7. And if Ewers didn’t try to lose the game by himself it would never have been that close. If, if and if. Texas completely whipped their ass minus our C- performance by our QB.
  8. They don’t care even a little bit about “abused children.” They’re mad because they were promised a list of democrats and Hollywood liberals they could call pedophiles. Their only care is lib tears, literally nothing substantive matters to these people.
  9. Stringer was a tragic character. Very intelligent and saw new ways, legit ways to make the business better and even get out. Rebranding the crack, printing business. Real estate. He failed because he didn't know the ways of politics and just applied the only rules he knew. He trusted Avon and never though he'd turn on him. Avon is the idiot. Stringer had the rebranding and the coop. It was the right play and Avon wanted nothing of it.
  10. I’m only walking the ones I’ll be forced too. My back doesn’t allow for that much lol. I think striats is the only one that will make us walk
  11. The lesson here? Nicole was unwilling to go the extra mile, and the Town Lake victims all probably look like the VP of sales at her old company.
  12. They are increasing the fee to $800 this year. I agree the Chase lounges are trash these days, and a let of terminals don't have Chase lounges anymore. They don't even offer restaurant credit anymore. The Lyft perk is nice, however.
  13. The best turn ever to this story is if Hillary came out and said she trusts Trump this one time and there's nothing to this made up conspiracy.
  14. Having a sidepiece, affair, throuple, poly whatever, takes work. Hiring a pro does not. That's why you hire them. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
  15. Sad to get a demotion from directional state.
  16. Madueke, Zubemendi, Mosquera, Gyökeres, Nørgaard I miss the transfer windows of Rice, Timber, Merino, Kai, when we signed guys whose names were much easier to remember how to spell.
  17. They will always be ETSU to me.
  18. I hiked up to the top of the ski resort in Whitefish this morning. About the tenth time I have done it in July. Huckleberries were every where for the first time. I am going to go back with the wife and kids tomorrow morning and get a bunch. That ice cream looks amazing.
  19. I carry both bear spray and a 10mm Glock with 220 grain Buffalo Bore ammo. Not too worried about bears though. The number of bear attacks in Glacier is very low despite there being 2 million visitors and 1 million of those doing hikes per year. And the number of bear fatalities is very low. I think ten in the last 100 years. September/October is the real danger zone. When they start getting ready to hibernate. Statistically, I am much more likely to get hurt bad or die falling off a cliff on that hike or getting in a wreck on the way to the park. I love long hikes. I want to do them as long as I can. I am 48 and hope to have another 20+ years doing them. Hiking in the mountains, hunting open wild country, and snow skiing (nordic and cross country) are activities that I love to do so much that it motivates me to stay in shape all year round.
