[Q]: Have you made a decision on whether to supply Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine or sell them to NATO and let them sell them to Ukraine? President Trump: Yeah, I've sort of made a decision, pretty much. I think I want to find out what they're doing with them. You know, where are they sending them. I guess I'd have to ask that question.

I believe it. A guy I knew woke up in a jail cell, glass still in his mouth thinking he had killed someone (he was drunk) and was panicking his life was over. It turns out he was in jail because he had been T-boned by an even drunker girl who rammed into his car. He was still facing DUI charges, but the surveillance footage showed him driving normally. A girl ran the red light and slammed right into his car, the impact so severe that the glass from the window flew into his mouth. He didn’t remember getting in the car to drive, he just said the last thing he remembered was taking shots at the bar and then waking up in a jail cell. He was 13 miles into the drive and 1.5 miles from his house. This was pre-Uber days but I’m sure shit like this still happens regularly.

Those of you who think we won't have legit midterms in 2026 sort of crack me up. Ask yourself this. What's the harm in mid-term elections to a man who always declares victory and never admits defeat? Either Republicans actually carry the day, and then what the hell are we doing here anyway? Or, Democrats take the day, and the most capable persecution complex machine ever built gets spun up into ultra-high gear yet again. It will be fraudulent, Republicans will have won Bigly, the deep state is back and I and I alone will fight that for you, as he says "follow me" to the people who only need his words as proof of something to once again be set in violent motion, etc. It's actually the scenario that sets up all quite nicely for a final power grab. -

This is better than any thing I've seen elsewhere on the subject. Crazy that 3 of the top 4 refineries have been hit multiple times - where air defense at? Hey @PTINS 2,000 miles from the Ukrainian border

It’s on HBO so we checked it out last night. Wife didn’t like it but I thought it was OK. Certainly worth the free watch on the home theater. I remember thinking the trailer looked kind of all over the place and the movie was the same for me. Gunn definitely has a vibe and whoever said it felt like Suicide Squad (the second one), I agree. It had more chuckles than I expected and I’ll watch Fillion in pretty much anything. The quick Peacemaker cameo was funny. Probably not a rewatch but I’d watch the next one.

Too soon - The 1 Super Bowl that I attend in person and they were the halftime show. That show was terrible.

Both pitchers look really sharp early.

Yeah didn't they take a OT from Texas State who is now their starting RT? Baker isn't ready. I guess Cojoe's injury is having a bigger impact than we thought. If Stroh really gets any more playing time at Texas the coaching staff are just retards.

This guy's wikipedia was updated today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Drevno "texas adds oline coach" search on google: Drevno does not yet exist on the staff page: https://texaslonghorns.com/sports/football/coaches Not sure if correct, but not paying for the information.

Went on Sunday. Freaking hot and incredibly dusty. Knew little of the lineup, as usual. But had a great time at The Dare and especially Midnight Generation (tito's tent), neither of which I was familiar with previously. Enjoyed Rainbow Kitten Surprise as well. Killers were good too, though I also thought Whiskey River opener was pretty lame. And I agree it seemed like the least crowded closing act I can remember, but figured that was the youngsters going to John Summitt, which I would have like to see too, but the less packed crowd was nice. Especially after my fellow late 30s white friend and I had posted up somewhere for T-Pain, and as his showtime approached the dense crowd that formed around us was so noticeably younger that we felt a wee bit out of place. So, moved back for a bit more breathing room. But I joked that during that set, no matter where we stopped and posted up, the age demographic around us just kept decreasing over time. High energy set though. Used to go three-days every year, but after a hiatus for a few years I've been liking just going all out for one day.

Sark, Banks and Brandon Harris identify the big targets for the assistants to pursue. It became a source of friction with Kenny Baker (who had his own DL targets he wanted to pursue) the previous cycle.

At least he's doing something I guess. But Stroh and Hutson will still be fat and slow no matter who they bring in. The offensive scheme needs to change until we have better personnel. Can the veer and shoot be installed in 5 days?

A rebuilding year is completely inexcusable. We’re in year 5 and have brought in the most talent the program has seen outside of 2000-2002. And considering the access to the transfer portal, there’s no reason why we should ever have a “rebuilding year” that is below 9 wins. We are staring down the barrel of 5-7. Im sure we find a way and get to 7-5 but considering the expectations of where this team was and the hype around them, that has to call into question the leadership and decision making process at the top level of the team. Anyone justifying the performance and horrid outcome of the season chalking it up to youth and inexperience is missing a much larger point of what was being done to avoid that possibility over the last 5 seasons. -
