  1. Past hour
  2. That’s a lot of blood
  3. Ehlinger played with a lot of heart, we all saw it. Ewers didn't quite have that.
  4. We held at 11 so as not to infringe on their number
  5. Js1

  6. In my head canon, Kino Loy went out like a boss after the Empire came to reinforce the prison. He wasn't going back in.
  7. Yes, we've had talent. Lots of it. We had the 3rd most players drafted in 2024, and 2nd in 2025. Tops overall for those two years. The point is, we're not the only team with elite talent. Two of them knocked us out of the playoffs. (We should also note that Brooks missed the final 4 games of his career.) I don't really understand why so many of you struggle with shades of grey. It's quite astonishing.
  8. Penn State football fans are cultish blockheads and populate New Jersey in massive numbers. That will be the hometown pick.
  9. I’m not really angry. I still think this team is 90+ wins and ready to go into the AL playoffs as favorites (ish)
  10. Yeah. I'm gonna order some native wildflower seeds and plant them around some salvias, milkweeds, sages lantana, and mistflower.
  11. I would refuse to deal with them. Fuck ‘em.
  12. It's not a big deal. Wind happens.
  13. Did you intend to leave off 20 year old bischel?
  14. If this is the baseline of this class then good lord we may go back to back #1
  15. Watched that game against DeSoto. He's a tremendous player.
  16. My mother did the same with leftover meat. She had a grinder for her mixer and would make the pot roast beef salad, or pork roast salad, and if there was a leftover steak or two she’d grind them up for a ground steak salad which was the tits. Dad was an excellent grill man on the Weber and generous. If they had folks over he’d cook a couple extra steaks in case others came. Thank you for reminding me of this dish; I got to make it too now.
  17. I’m not super excised about removing the designation for Syria, although of course the business deal is gross. But, I think even a Harris admin would have been moving this way: 1. There really is a window here to roll back Iranian and Russian influence in the region and with it a lot of the cover for terrorism. 2. You have to give a path off of a designation if behavior really changes. Otherwise there’s no incentive to change. A chance here to show the region that there is a way to reform and rejoin the world. 3. It will cause Anastasis to melt down. Announcing that you think the Syrian guy is really hot is super weird though.
  18. I will say this is the first time in as long as I can remember where the forecast was for over 100 and the actual high undershot it by a few degrees. The last few years the models have been 2-3 degrees off but in the opposite direction. It has been oh the high will be 97 amd I look at 4pm and it's 101. This is a nice change, if you can call it that.
  19. Well, shit, if I had known that there was an upper division Econ class called Indecisiveness I might have passed on Process Geomorphology.
  20. Amass net worth (excluding house) north of $4M. Hopefully I'll have fuck you money by my late 50s. But will probably work until my boy is out of college - assuming he goes to college.
  21. Js1

Would have been nice to see but Gilroy said Loy’s end of season 1 moment was too perfect to bring him back
  22. Dedra, Partagaz and the Grand Inquisitor from the Obi Wan series belong in this list. Partagaz ending his own life after realizing he failed to contain the Rebellion was incredibly acted.
  23. Ha, knowing the guy as I do, he will have zero interest in that. I am intimately familiar with his inspiration, however; us watching hundreds of hours of college football at various sports bars in our 30s and early 40s. Dude whipped it up one afternoon on a work day. We had it made into shirts at one point.
  24. I knew a guy that had a yard like that. It was mostly native, but he had some adapted stuff like rosemary, some oakleaf hydrangeas, and a few big hollies he left in there. It was in a post oak area so he had those as a base and filled in the gaps. Maintenance was negligible. It's not hard. Kinda fun really. You get a chance to start a collection of stuff and experiment. If it fails or you don't like it, rip it out and try something else. The annuals will start to reseed on their own and after a couple of seasons the perennials take off like crazy.
