I’m not 100% that I’m not mixing concerts together but I could swear I saw TOP with BB King and Jimmie Vaughan (and Indigenous) at the Arena in Houston in the late 90s. I was a kid going to a concert with my dad so of course it was incredible but I remember it being incredible.

It was an absolutely acceptable “turn your brain off, laugh and Leo point at all the cameo” type of movies. Not everything has to be award worthy. You’re mostly right, it’s being compared to a movie from when we were all 30 years younger than we are now, when we were much different people in a much different world Learn to laugh at things, folks. Not everything has to be critically broken down and analyzed.

As frustrating as these last 3 weeks or so have been, imagine being a Mariner fan. The Astros go 5-11 and the M's can only close to 4 games to date. Time to empty the fucking training room, tell Alvarez to either decide to play or have the surgery, and get Spencer and Christian back in the rotation.

Hillbillies and rednecks are different beasts and I feel that's getting lost here. Vol fans trend very hillbilly. Auburn or Miss State fans are pure redneck. -

When they have the means and your time is being robbed this early in the process you need to sit down and have a tough love talk. We love you, but I can't allocate 15% of my free time to you for the next 30 years. Right now your time IS MONEY, and you do not have an endless amount of either. Especially when you are trying to allocate for your own retirement/demise. You know simply acknowledging the efforts of others in life is one of the easiest things we can all do. And probably one of the things we simply do not purposefully act on nearly as often as we should. What's hard to understand is the ability of a sibling to not chip in time or money and allow one sibling to shoulder all the burden. Usually, for some reason, that neglectful sibling becomes very engaged if there are any assets post death... -
Was probably a little better than I expected. Wish they would have went a little different direction then the Maxi golf league.

PERSONAL FRAGRANCES. My legal assistant has asthma super bad. We have a big sign on the door that says please don't enter if you have any kind of fragrance on. We tell people when they call for a consultation to not wear fragrance or lotion. The worst is the laundry fragrances. Shit I was on tennis court and someone from 5 courts over was playing and the "fragrance" was wafting over the whole facility. My assistant keeps an emergency inhaler and nebulizer by her desk for the folks who can't read or hear. -
This article is all I can find, best I can tell is the app is geofenced to only work in TX and they're just applying the same legal loophole that lets them run the brick and mortar card room. Texas Card House finds loophole to create online poker game

If someone started a campaign to have dozens of eggs delivered daily to the residents of those apartments, I bet a lot of people would chip in a few bucks. -

Maybe 3 SEC programs can call others in the conference hillbillies - Florida, Texas, Vanderbilt. And Florida has their own Floridaman version to contend with, so they should probably be quiet. And there’s very much different flavors of hillbilly in the SEC - the coonass ones are way different than the arky type of hillbillies. Or the Clem aggy type. -
This is the first time I can recall see Diane and she actually having lines in a scene. If I remember correctly, Rick was working on portal travel and was stuck, she encouraged him, and there was a comment about someone going for ice cream when Rick Prime dropped the bomb which killed Diane. I can't recall an explanation ever given as to why Rick Prime first killed C-137's Diane and then used the Omega device to erase Diane from all dimensions. One theory I heard once was Rick Prime was the first to discover portal travel, choose to explore the dimensions versus staying with Diane and Beth, Diane left him with Beth and the pain was so profound that he wanted to erase any memory of Diane. Overall, liked the first 20+ minutes of this one, thought it fell apart a bit at the end of the chase scene, and liked the ending. Reconfirmed Rick has always been a shit father, Diane is the parent who raised Beth, and when Diane was killed C-137 was unable to put aside his pain and loss for the good of their daughter. That story line is pretty damn real for far too many families.

Gotcha. That’s very true. Alabama is the measuring stick program for SEC teams because of their history of success. Even in the Bill Curry or Mike Shula years, beating them was a highlight of the season for most schools. -

FYI, you can find off-brand rechargeable batteries for Spypoint cams on Amazon that will last several months between charges. I've replaced the disposable batteries in almost all of the cameras at our lease. About $15-25 each depending on the model. Most use LIT-22 batteries and you can get a pack of 2 for $45. They charge with any standard USB-C cable.

NATO aircraft scrambled during major Russian drone, missile strike on Ukraine A drone also crossed into Lithuania from Belarus, an official told ABC News. ByDavid Brennan July 28, 2025, 6:23 AM 1:04 Trump says he will reduce 50-day timeline for Russia's Putin to make peace dealPresident Donald Trump expressed frustration with Russian President Vladimir Putin and said he would reduce the 50-day timeline he gave Russia to agree to a peace deal with Ukraine. LONDON -- Polish and allied NATO aircraft were scrambled in response to a large Russian drone and missile attack launched into Ukraine on Sunday night, the Polish military's Operational Command said in a statement. "Polish and allied duty aircraft have been scrambled and ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems have reached the highest state of readiness," the command said in a statement posted to X in the early hours of Monday morning, as hundreds of drones and missiles targeted sites across Ukraine. The alert lasted for around three hours, after which the command posted another statement saying that "deployed forces and resources have returned to standard operational activities." NATO's Air Command and Swedish JAS 39 Gripen fighters stationed in Poland took part in the response, the Polish Operational Command said. An official at Lithuania's Defense Ministry confirmed to ABC News that a drone also crossed into Lithuania from Belarusian airspace. Russian forces regularly route drones through Belarusian airspace to attack Ukrainian targets from the north. A search for the drone was still underway as of Monday morning, the official said. Russia launched 324 drones and seven missiles into Ukraine overnight, the Ukrainian air force said in a statement published on Telegram. Of those, 309 drones and two missiles were shot down or suppressed, it said, with 15 strike drones and two missiles impacting across three locations. During his visit to the U.K. on Monday, President Donald Trump expressed frustration with Russian President Vladimir Putin over the continued long-range attacks. The president said he would shorten the 50-day window offered to Putin earlier this month in which to agree to a ceasefire deal or face punishing sanctions and tariffs. "I'm disappointed in President Putin, very disappointed in him," Trump told reporters. "So we're going to have to look and I'm going to reduce that 50 days that I gave him to lesser number, because I think I already know the answer what's going to happen." At least eight people were injured in Kyiv after a Russian drone hit a residential highrise, the head of the city's military administration said in a post to Telegram. Andriy Yermak, the head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's office, wrote on Telegram that the most recent barrage was evidence of Putin's lack of commitment to a proposed ceasefire. "This is how Putin responds to calls to end the war and sit at the negotiating table," he wrote. "Russian air attacks are still ongoing, with civilian infrastructure, homes and people, including in Kyiv, already affected." "There is no alternative to sanctions, strengthening Ukraine's long-range capabilities and tough actions against Putin's circle and Putin himself," Yermak wrote. "He wants nothing but war and Ukraine's defeat. And there will be no defeat." Referring to the scrambling of NATO aircraft and the drone crossing into Lithuania, Yermak added, "The Russians and their satellites are testing NATO's reaction. Drones entering the airspace of the Baltic countries are signals that cannot be ignored." Zelenskyy also posted to Telegram noting that Kyiv is "constantly strengthening the Ukrainian air shield and it is very important to maintain full understanding among partners about how exactly they can help. Step by step, we are closing the funding gap for drone production and this week I will have new talks with partners regarding this task." "Restoration and rescue work is currently underway everywhere it is needed," the president added of the overnight drone and missile impacts. "This particularly concerns electricity supply. Necessary assistance is being provided to the wounded." Russia's Defense Ministry, meanwhile, said its forces shot down seven Ukrainian drones overnight. ABC News' Hannah Demissie, Michelle Stoddart, Lalee Ibssa and Fidel Pavlenko contributed to this report.
