  1. Past hour
  2. Err I hope there would be an exception for exposing pedophiles?
  3. In a case like this involving a large employer, I think your best move is to advocate for money to be given to the community foundation who can then distribute the funds to vetted local organizations in the front line. Obviously, I can’t speak for every community foundation, but the ones I’ve had involvement with do really good work and are pretty efficient.
  4. It's just absolutely hilarious mental gymnastics these poor dudes put themselves through to appeal to the dumbest posters on this site. Like how can you possibly discuss solutions to a problem that can literally only be solved by public policy without discussing politics?
  5. Assuming they haven't already signed their deals with the teams they have committed to. No NLI anymore, which basically means no NSD which could potentially mean there won't be as many flips as previous years. Especially if schools are using revenue share funds to sign these kids.
  6. Shit, is Hamm on their staff now?
  7. deGrom, maybe?
  8. that's what the video caption said, at least
  9. Actually it's Frank Wade of 175 Beaver Road, Ingram, Texas.
  10. I'm just waiting to see what Asmongold thinks before I blast out some hot takes
  11. I couldn’t understand what he said but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t that.
  12. "laws signed and proposed" is the same thing as "previous decisions made by people who are in charge". They're both public policy. By your yardstick here, should I be banned for citing meeting minutes when the county leadership decided to not invest in sirens? That's critical context to WHY this mass casualty event was primed and filled with children to sacrifice on the altar of MUH TAXES.
  13. I didn't think recognizing our starting QB and two of our returning All-Americans was going to be a challenge, but yes you are correct.
  14. I don't think Fong is ill-intentioned, but I think we're seeing the maturation of "highest bidder wins" with top players and I think he's probably a little surprised that Texas is showing this degree of restraint coming off two CFP appearances. Probably more useful as the players we'll circle back to in November depending on how much might be available.
  15. Sorry man, I can’t believe paragraph one on this. Whatever else you think, Mandami comes from an extremely privileged and sophisticated family and went to an elite private grammar school in Morningside Heights. His dad is an academic and professor at Columbia in post-colonial studies. Of all the things in the world the family knew, it was college applications and admissions process and American racial politics. They paid tens of thousands of dollars for a guidance counselor to help them do it! And that should be ok, it just isn’t a good look to be head in the sand about someone looking to use an affirmative action program that is supposed to be a good thing. That is exactly why he ticked the box.
  16. Especially since and I quote, "This is the most dangerous river valley in the United States." Was that schmuck Rob Kelly presiding at the time of these decisions or when was he elected to be the top judge for kerr co?
  17. Wilcher put up 1.4 asts in 25 mpg last season. Mark chipped 1.8 asts in 26 mpg. Neither exactly screams elite set-up guy. Seems like that's the biggest hole in the roster, but maybe there's someone else in the picture.
  18. Came to this section and was shocked to see no one mentioning Ozzys final show I streamed a good few hours and watched a lot of clips. Masterfully done. Pretty crazy to see him up there
  19. Hayes Fawcett photoshops might be an adversarial training set that drives AI models insane
  20. Narrator: No, they can't
  21. I know people are mad and I’m not calling you out singularly, but it doesn’t make a fucking difference. Kids don’t vote. And, FWIW, everyone I know that either had kids at camp in Hunt, has sent kids in the past or is an adult that went to camp there, myself included, definitely didn’t vote for Trump.
  22. I hope the board members burn in hell for eternity. Maybe eternal drowning. EDIT - specifically that Frank Wade of 175 Beaver Road, Ingram, Texas who was doing the speaking there. But their actions killed children and a lot of innocent people. Those people deserve sympathy. I know people that have zero love for Trump or this administration and either went to that camp or sent kids to that camp.
  23. So, it's 6-6 from now on? Time to give up all hope?
