  1. Past hour
  2. Been there before! 100 percent cut and vac seal ahead of time, will make the whole thing way easier. Last time I did something like this I just smoked a choice brisket and chopped it all. Smoke, rest, chop, chill overnight, vac seal, freeze, defrost, reheat is easy.
  3. I'd do this basically. I reheat by boiling water, turning it off, letting it drop a few degrees and them submerging. No need to defrost. And if it needs to be portioned out, slicing after it has refrigerated has minimal impact on final quality imo. Maybe put some tallow in with the lean.
  4. This is exactly why I disagree with imma's assertion that he doesn't "control the message, [he] doesn't shape the threads". He absofuckinglutely does. He rolled out the red carpet for Pronghorn to blast racist disinformation and known foreign agitprop as a news source, and then the mods swung their dicks around on anyone who points that out. Because "nobody cares if it's lies, it's not against the rules to be an idiot". Yeah, TOTALLY not shaping the narrative or controlling the message to say that they are above reproach and their dogshit and frequently recanted sourcing smells like shit. It's very literally creating a safe space for disinformation and those who want to disseminate it. And look, I understand that it would just be easier if we like all got along man. But that requires a common set of facts and a single reality. And the way DT is ran, you can simply cry "CR!!!" to paper over any factual vacancies you might have pointed out to you.
  5. And cost of boats and houses? 1997 first house, central Austin, $71,500. Axis 24 cost us $97,000 in 2018.
  6. Or, they could choose to see it as a gift. Hopefully they all can, in their own time.
  7. You’re not wrong but it’s one good thing about teenagers. My 17 year old son is too busy for a job and so you can call it a glorified allowance but I put him on payroll and told him school, band and work, work can come third but you have plenty of time to meet all three mandatory responsibilities. He cleans our boat, makes sure it’s covered, wiped down, he’s got 2 cars and he handles all our difficult recycling too (foam, textiles, goodwill, plastic wrapping, non single stream recyclables, hazmat, electronics, batteries, etc). So on topic, our boat (and cars) always look great.
  8. Never a bad time for this
  9. Name a school that wouldn't love to drop a dime on Texas if we were being shady and breaking rules.
  10. Sounds like an episode of Shoresy. You're about to get shit canned buddy! This is fucking embarassing!
  11. Does that happen with greater frequency in the DT compared to the CR?
  12. Yes. Written by Donald Barr, father of Bill Barr.
  13. He might be helobious
  14. Jordan Peterson is a psychopath and his opinions are wrong.
  15. Man, I'm sorry.
  16. Brenden Clinton needs to do a film breakdown of Abbott' PC.
  17. Thanks fellas. This is a one off for me. Headed to South Dakota on a fishing trip next week and won’t have the necessary tools available where we’re staying to smoke one on site.
  18. Our friends said they got a letter from their drowned daughter sometime Sunday or Monday. It said something like “don’t worry about me, I’m having so much fun with my friends” and other stuff like that. Fuck, it’s making me cry all over again.
  19. We know exactly what Kerr County did during the flash flood 'cause they told us. The city manager said in his press conference that he went for a run at 3:30am. You know...standard emergency protocol.
  20. Oh yeah I watched this hand live and had the exact same thought. He 6-bet jams that I think Loquet can't put him on any other hand and folds out.
  21. I got a notification last night that a card sold on eBay, shouldn’t have been surprised that my Jacob miz rookie auto sold for way more than expected. Should have jacked the price up after the third inning.
  22. Didn’t stick the landing.
  23. Late to the party - sweater-hitters are on point.
  24. Hallucinating actually. Nah, just kidding - those are the "guard rails" everyone talks about. They are basically a moral compass for these LLMs to follow. I am sure there are articles on the guard rails. Quick search turned up this: https://www.confident-ai.com/blog/llm-guardrails-the-ultimate-guide-to-safeguard-llm-systems
