  2. Its too soon to tell but the anecdotal consensus is that your opinion is true of most positions except QB and d line.
  3. You mean to tell me that after he eliminated rape, Greg Abbott has now eradicated measles too? Surely the man should be included in the Nobel peace prize discussion.

Thick and white, like your ass.
  5. I don't go to or enjoy strip clubs but I can 2nd that Palazio is supposed to be the "nicest". There is also a cool billiards bar next door called The Warehouse.
  6. I'll just be getting back from a week in Vegas the night before. So, I'll be doing good if I am awake and functional by kickoff.
  7. Even if Yordan is back, is he going to suck ass? We have all these guys who need spring training, but these games matter.
  8. Yep. Football finances all non-revenue sports, and most SEC athletic are operating with tight “reported” margins or are operating at a loss. Arkansas is a great example. A formerly proud SEC program is basically tanking this season because they didn’t want to pay Pittman $20 million after the 2024 season. The media doesn’t help. After Michigan’s $20 million+ NCAA penalty, reporters were tweeting out Michigan’s endowment valued at $19.2 billion. The average fan, and apparently journalists, don’t understand you can’t spend endowment funds on athletics. There are very strict guidelines on how universities can spend that money. If there weren’t strict guidelines, aggy would have already spent every penny of their PUF portion on football years ago. Long story short, aggy (sort of), Texas, Georgia, and Alabama are the only SEC schools that can eat a huge buyout. Florida looked for a work around with Napier. Tennessee self reported penalties to fire Pruitt with cause.
  9. The main to know about Diabla’s is that Chris Rock never went there.
  10. It really is tough to make that call - I had to do it last month. I knew it was coming and had a couple of false alarms where the next day she was just fine. Then she woke up one morning and couldn't really walk, would take a couple steps and just lay back down and was just super lethargic. Called a friend who has spent a lot of time with her to come over and say goodbye, and I was apologizing because it may be another false alarm. She told me not to worry, to take her to Zilker and let her enjoy the park one last time that night, feed her hamburger and eggs and whatever is the best food she likes, and if she was fine in the morning, so be it. She wasn't fine in the morning, and so off to the vet one last time. It's tough as hell to do, but 16 (what mine was) is a long life for a dog, and I know I gave her an incredible 5 years (the time I had her), so at least my brain knows I did my best, even if my heart struggled with it. Good luck man.
  11. Can confirm that it's in the fall camp thread
  12. They figured most of our team would be dead or shell-shocked after the grind of an SEC season. It was to be a mercy killing.
  13. Any Adrian Rodriguez or Dylan Volantis impact types in this group?
  14. Twas a very interesting Reddit thread about teams who crashed in the last ten-ish years and have not recovered and don't appear to be on the upswing Stanford is definitely one of the most listed- long gone are the Harbaugh/Luck and Shaw's first 8 years (averaged 8-10 wins per season) 4-8, 4-2, 3-9, 3-9, 3-9, 3-9 Same with Michigan State - not that long ago that Dantoni had double digit wins in 6 of 8 seasons from 2010 to 2017. Other than that one Mel Tucker season he managed 11-2 in 2021 on the back of KW3, it's been 7-6, 7-6, 2-5, 11-2, 5-7, 4-8, 5-7

Did you get thin crust like a regard?
  16. I always think about the scene in Brewsters Millions where the banker offers Brewster the "preferred savings rate" they offer major corporations and a "few of their Arab friends" of 24% Twenty...... Four percent on savings. Holy shit. Or the investor who was lucky/smart/... enough to have bought a bunch of 30 year Treasuries in 1981 at 15%
  17. Same take as I had immediately upon reading that.
  18. It’s still hilarious to me that this game is kicking off at 11am CT
  19. Of course, I question the OL shit on the OTF thread and those guys are all immediately defending it as no big deal. Vogel calls it "manufacturing depth". Right. Removing meaningful reps from 2 different positions with 12 days to go is not the old "let's get some crosstraining going" type of move. You don't rob two positions to solve for another one. That creates 3 problems. Omeozulu has never taken reps at OT while at Texas. What the fuck is happening here?
  20. Maybe you don’t Putin enough time on the right websites.
  21. And most of them will deployed in American urban areas, Canada, and Greenland. All annexed parts of the Big Beautiful Unye Shays. No sweat voting. The call is coming from inside the house, RomaVicta Resistance is futile, RomaVicta
  22. Is it because people were mocking the feds/NG and it was all over social media. Or because the feds/NG weren't finding the roving gangs of violent woke LBGTQ atheist Marxist Venezuelans from Iran that we were told were threatening the country?
