I wonder if A.I. lawyers are going to have as much free time to post on college football message boards as human lawyers. -
Yep. Broughton was a fucking liability in 2022 and barely a JAG in 2023. Then suddenly in 2024 he's a solid disruptor and pass rush specialist on the inside. Credit to Kenny Baker for that, I guess. Because I thought Broughton had zero chance of sniffing the NFL.

I had a great tour guide on a Monday evening in September with a company named “Rome Walks” back in 1997. It was kind of survey course that started at the Coliseum, passed the Forum, Trajan’s Column, the Trevi Fountain, the whole walk to the Vatican, and then dumped us at Piazza Navonna after sunset. Had the same guide the next day (Tuesday) for a Vatican Tour. Started outside St. Pete’s, went inside, then we broke for lunch and we were to meet outside the museum where she would give a quick preview before sending us into the Vatican Museum which ends with the Sistine Chapel passage. I don’t think that the ceiling had finished being renovated (EDIT: it wasn’t completed until 1999), so it wasn’t that crowded. Taking guided tours is highly recommended in big cities… FULL DISCLOSURE: After having great guides in Munich & Rome (Berlin, Amsterdam, & Florence guides were mediocre), I ultimately became a tour guide in Buenos Aires from late 2008-2014 and ran a small tour company the last few years. PS- Went to JP II’s Wednesday mass in St. Pete’s Square with an Italian girl from my hostel on that 1997 visit and so I saw that guy barely speak to the masses in person. PPS- I took so many tours into Buenos Aires’ Catedral Metropolitana, that was Cardinal Jorge Borgolio’s church, that I am sure that I saw the pope conduct a mass before he became pope. So I have probably seen two popes poping. -

Yeah, Lakers are 3-4 years away. I'm not sure they're in the top 4 in the Western Conference going forward the next few years. OKC, Houston, Minny, and even San Antonio all have bigger upside. Lakers need to upgrade the whole roster and the only real asset they have is Austin Reeves. -
I was mostly just being funny, it’s one of those sports things that can never be proven one way or another, but his teams were great with Brady and mostly stunk without him, so it’s a fair inference.

And when looking at the other economies out there our rebound was above and our rates of inflation were below that of other nations. The Russian economy which the right loves to ignore, while simultaneously obsessing over their leadership, had people buying electronics because a used TV held its value more effectively than did their currency. -

What TYPE of roof? Can you post a pic of the building? @deadshank is going to be your best resource as he is local to Houston & knows 100% of the requirements for Texas Windstorm Certification. -
So, are these transfers typically driven only by NIL? I mean, St. John's had a great year (save a 2nd round NCAA upset), and Rick Pitino is a legend. So, they couldn't top our offer?

Good memory but that was 2021. he came back late 2022. His most recent start was that debacle in game 3 of the World Series in Philly right before Javier and crew saved the season with the no-hitter.
