TCU TV sure doesn’t like showing replays of close plays.

Yeah our guys are homers, but they're most evenhanded, objective homers out there in the college baseball landscape. We are definitely spoiled by Zonk, Zeke, and the rest of the crew on our home games.

But...but I was told this team couldn’t hit

They can hit, just not run the bases.

We outhit them yesterday and without the base running blunders would be on our way to a sweep & regular season Big12 championship.

Listening to our broadcasts, they are only homers in that they know our team better.  They do NOT call games like homers.

Yeah that's what I mean. You know they're pulling for Texas, but they're consummate pros. They appreciate good play from other teams, and call it like it is, not how they wish it is.

In conference:
EK: .205
Faltine: .258
Antico: .274

Infield hits in midweek games aren’t relevant to ABs in today game. Kennedy’s hit today was his first in his last 9 conference games.

He’s not hitting well but Friday the bat was taken out of his hands twice. In two others he made solid contact. If you want to prolong a slump, limit the at bats.

But the object for Kennedy is to get on. Any way possible. Not sure how mid-week games are irrelevant. Not as important, no doubt. You won’t get good post season seedlings when losing your mid-week games.

Getting ahead of myself, but this would be a great way to close out this series:

6.5. 5 10-Run Rule. ... By Conference rule, however, in Big 12 Conference play, the mercy-rule (10-run lead after the seventh inning) will be enforced only for double-headers, the last playing opportunity of a series and the non-championship games of the Big 12 Championship.
