On the 1st drive, he overthrew Golden who was behind the defense, Would have been a walkin TD.

Another drive he throws a lolly pop late and behind to a wide open streaking Golden, the safety comes over and knocks the ball away.

Another drive he throws a lolly pop fade that is late and flat to Wingo and the DB makes the deflection.

That's 3 TDs right there.

Helm had one drop, and two balls that were fastballs at his feet he had no hope of catching.

Quinn throws fastballs?  News to me

Yea, the one that hit helm in the hands in a really narrow window. He can sling it when his shits not all retarded (not often)

I don’t know why Sark bothers with deep posts. He cannot hit them. I don’t really recall any of the top of my head outside of the one to Worthy against Bama.
He can throw a good go route at times but the post is probably less than 10%

And Quinn doesn’t give us shit either. We’re not winning a championship with him that’s clear. Can’t wait for next year when dumb fucking Quinnanon believers finally see what this offense is supposed to be and not some retarded down 15 yard or fewer check down bullshit.

It’s honestly a throwaway to keep the defense honest at this point.

Arch with a week of prep would 100% be better than this version of Quinn.

Quinn gives us zero chance to win anything. He handcuffs this offense to no end. There's nothing to lose rolling with Arch. Quinn has wasted so much WR talent here.

Doesn’t give us shit? You’re just blowing explosive diarrhea on this thread.

does his deep ball suck, yeah. Is is inexplicable, yeah, the guy can go through progressions and he’s pretty good at the intermediate and short game. That’s not shit. Arch is better at mobility and the deep ball but he’s not reading defenses and would get eaten alive by Elmo’s defense and didn’t do anything except one scramble against Uga.

Ewers is our best chance and he’s fully capable with this roster and this defense to be the Qb that takes us deep in the playoffs.

Will he? Dunno but if sark is the genius then he should figure it the fuck out.

Really hard to know and I think that ship might have sailed. He would have needed some starts vs lesser defenses. The frustrating part of Quinn is it’s year 3 and you never know what you will get out of him. That is supposed to be the reason you start experience

30 GS in this offense and people still think less than 200 yards against the worst pass defense in the conference is acceptable.

He is not good at the intermediate game and doesn’t go through his progressions. We do not throw over the middle and cannot throw deep because he can’t do it.

News flash Quinn can’t read defense and he’s in his 3rd year. If it’s not predetermined, schemed up, or 1st read he’s fucking dog shit and he can’t fucking run at all.

Quinn threw a lot of bad passes. He can't hit the deep ball like Dart. Arch, by next year will be able to do that, but that is not Quinn's strength.

What is his strength? Selling insurance and Dr Pepper because I don’t think he’s very good at that either

This board is fucking bat shit. We’re #3 in the country and need zero help if we just win to play for the SEC title. And it’s time to bench Quinn for a redshirt freshman who has shown his youth and inexperience when he plays.  Just fucking nuts.

I can’t believe how many are willing to blow off an abysmal performance because of one good dive in the 4th qtr. this game shouldn’t have been close at all and it’s Quinn’s fault we were sweating the 4th qtr. This team deserves better than QE. He’s the glaring hole in the championship caliber starting lineup (and Cam Williams).

Fucking exactly. He’s a 3rd year starter and we have no clue what to expect week to week.

I have my issues with Quinn, but this would only be true if we were losing games.

We may not be able to win it all *because of* Quinn Ewers, but with this defense we can beat absolutely anybody *with* Quinn Ewers.

For all the hand wringing about how bad he's looked since he came back from injury (yes, some of it from me), he's thrown 13 TD's against 4 picks in those 5 games.  That isn't a guy who gives you no chance to win.

I am more concerned about the O line, if we're being honest.  And the one impacts the other, a lot.  When Quinn has time, he's very good at everything except the deep ball.

Dude sark ran the ball the entire 4th quarter to win and ice the game. It’s actually the best way to win on the road in this league.

Comparing a three year starter to a freshmen QB isn’t exactly doing what you think it is.

I don’t think comparing the offense production to one run by a freshman QB in his fifth start is the point you want to make.

He’s a redshirt freshman which is the same as Arch. Nico has been good against lower quality opponents and they rely heavily on their run game against better opponents. They also have a stout defense like us. Year 3 Ewers should definitely be better than RF Nico, but I’m not sure if Arch would have done more although from what limited action I’ve seen from both Arch>Nico.

I’m not saying he played great I’m saying he’s still our best chance and the offense had PLENTY of mistakes that stalled drives that were not QE’s fault. Fucking Joe Moore caliber OL disappears at times.

This.

I've never seen a QB as good as Quinn can be who is more inconsistent with deep passes. That has to hurt his NFL prospects.

I don’t think any of the 3 sacks were on the OL today. If you are being reasonable, it’s easy to admit that offensive performance we saw today isn’t  going to work vs better teams.

Absolutely not. No team is gambling a day 1 pick on a person with his now well-known deficiencies. Shedeur and Cam will mame day 1. Quinn wont.

26/31 325 2tds was his last start

I’m out. We just beat Arkansas in Fayettenam. Used to be you just wanted to leave with a W, because of the rivalry trap game. I’m happy, fuck Arkansas, not letting you JAGs ruin it for me. Hook ‘em.

I think we protected ok today. Some of those sacks were on a Quinn for sure.

The lack of run game is frustrating. I am putting that 60/40 on the backs vs the OL.

The inability to pick up 3-4 yards consistently, inside the tackles, severely limits the offense.

Down the stretch he’s not playing ULM and Miss St. now tell me how he did against UGA in two drives? I remember two three and outs and a fumble. Which QB has won on the road in a hostile environment, multiple times? Yeah arch is going to be a fucking stud, he’s not the guy this year.

It's on the backs. They're not big enough to move the pile or pass block. I don't understand why Sark doesn't use Gibson more. He can at least move the pile, and at the very least he's as good at pass blocking as Blue/Wisner.

We lost that ability when CB4 went down. We have to pass to set up the run.
