More Nahlin on NaNa:

This is how you 9.95 people. Hint that Texas is surging so Your subs click on your site all day waiting but also hedge with another writer so you weren’t completely wrong either way.

I'll let you guess what his next response was.

Regardless of what NaNa picks today, I don't think this one is just over yet.

It's over he's not the type to flip flop. His family is very grounded doesn't seem like the type to let that happen

We'll see. The culture aspect will be tough to overcome, but a good season on the field plus the close-to-home angle gives us a shot to chip away.

Who knows he may pick Texas today and then we better hope his family doesn't let him flip

If the CBs haven’t changed, it’s ND. They’ve already written their commitment stories.

You cannot sell recruiting subscriptions without creating fake drama. Do you even 9.95, bro?

“Why does Whittington sound confident on Twitter?”

EJ: “ we’ll explain later”

No idea what’s going on

Would not surprise me to see Herman have one of our silents go public an hour after NaNa announces ND.

Odd given that Steele didn’t list us in his top schools. Must be lurking real hard

Saw somewhere yesterday (I can't remember which site), that there's been som miscommunication between Steele and Texas, but that has been straightened out now. Things could get interesting again.

With the Royal Wedding on today, I assume @TrojanPrincess is already about two bottles of Veuve in. It might be time to reach for another after reading that update.

Don't drink, smoke anything, never have....which saves money for clothes and jewelry.  😎

Smith is a fabulous talent, our guys also compare him to the Stanford kid (brain freeze on his name), but I don't worry about skill players committing to USC.

Chris Steele was just at USC Thursday, for the millionth time.  JuJu also loved Oregon, but mom and dad loved USC.  Who knows how it will end, but if another program outside of USC, it will be quite a feat, more power to them.  Same with Bru McCoy.

E.J. Holland's Morning Donuts

— According to a source, three-star Temple tight end Jared Wiley could make a decision by the end of the week and is actually targeting May 24 as his decision date. Wiley recently named a top three of Texas, Missouri and Houston and has stated that he wants to put an end to the recruiting process. Texas is still pushing for Wiley as its second tight end take and appears to be in a great spot to land him.

— There has been a lot of buzz in regards to four-star West Mesquite wide receiver Dylan Wright and Texas A&M. But that’s all it is right now — buzz. Our Mike Roach caught up with Wright’s father, who told him that the reports of A&M having the lead in his recruitment are false. Texas remains a major player for Wright, who is not making any type of decision until January.

— As we first reported, Texas is hosting intriguing Dallas Woodrow Wilson defensive lineman Z’Core Brooks for an unofficial visit this weekend. But he’s not the only prospect making his way to Austin. West Orange (NJ) defensive lineman Bryce Nelms will also be on the Forty Acres. A three-star prospect, Nelms holds offers from Boston College, Duke, Maryland, North Carolina and others.

— Four-star Fort Worth Nolan Catholic defensive end/outside linebacker NaNa Osafo-Mensah is set to make his decision this weekend. We are continuing to hear that Notre Dame is the favorite heading into his announcement. It would be a big surprise if he sided with the Longhorns based on everything we have been able to gather.
