You’re a trump republican so you tell me. What does Fox News tell you?

whoa whoa whoa. Those are fighting words, hoser! I'm on the Warren train and think Kamala is horrible. Don't most people?

Not if it's Warren.  She's too skilled a debater.  She would absolutely destroy Trump.  He'd have to resort to his grade school bully name calling tactics almost immediately.  That will work fine for the base, who he could't lose regardless of what he did, but it would fire up the dems, independents, and moderate republicans to vote against him.

Warren is my choice by a mile.

I actually did a double thought about this after posting. Warren definitely has the iron jaw to go up against Trump..shed sling the insults back at him. Shes probably the one who would be the trump camps worst nightmare for next yr.

Not sure if shed win the election but itd be close.

Warren would win in a cake walk. Heck, Biden would win in a cake walk.

If there was a winner tonight I thought it was Booker; Warren is probably the overall winner after 2 debates. My Johnson vote is legit up for grabs, so I'm hoping for a moderate. Biden was sloppy ("anyway") but relative to Trump...

My Johnson vote was a mistake and has already been converted. I wonder how many out there are like me and how many will stay the course?

Stay in your own lane Joe, that's DeBlasio's job.

Yeah he has no shot, but there was a line by Biden that kind of flustered DeBlasio for a bit.

DE BLASIO: You know what? We believe in redemption, Joe. We believe in redemption in this party.

BIDEN: Well, I tell you what, I hope you're part of it.

Wait a goddamn second. You genuinely think that rural blue collar voters are going to swing the election?

Bwahaha !

Pass it on. You're stoned already.

Yeah, he probably thinks most of the working class is white and male.

Narrator: it's not.

I'm sure you guys are right.

73% of voters are white.

57% of white voters are non-degree

not a sizable portion of the electorate.  FUCK THEM!

7 have qualified for next debate:

Joe Biden

Cory Booker

Pete Buttigieg

Kamala Harris

Beto O’Rourke

Bernie Sanders

Elizabeth Warren

With Castro, Yang & Klobuchar meeting 1 of 2 requirements

They have until the 28th to hit 130,000 unique donors or 2% in four polls.

For the love of God, PLEASE let this one be less than 12-14 people.  6-7/stage instead of 10 will do wonders for the conversation.  Hell, keep it below 10 and have only one debate.  GIVE US THE TOP 4 ON ONE STAGE EARLIER THAN NOVEMBER

Think I read that if it's 10 or less, they will have one debate with all on stage.

You could see Kamala's struggle in 2nd debate coming from a mile away. Live by the attack, die by the attack.

"I'm going to be polite" backfired.

She should have called Tulsi an Assad supporter on stage, not after.  Don't hold back.

On CNN post-debate, Kamala's response about Gabbard was literally, "well, I'm a top tier candidate and she's polling at less than 1% and loves Assad, so she doesn't matter."   That is a terrible and very off-putting response — yeah, Tulsi doesn't matter as a candidate, but that doesn't mean that her point about Kamala's record as a prosecutor doesn't matter.  Why is she attacking an irrelevant messager instead of giving a satisfying answer on the very revelant message?

Why?  Nobody is going to vote for Tulsi.  She doesn't need to take Tulsi down.  She needs to shore herself up against a very potent attack.

For 3rd debate,  I'd actually prefer if over 10 candidates made it.

If 12 qualify, then they split the debate into 2 nights with 6 candidates on stage. It would be annoying to have top tier candidates split up again, but at least we'd have an actual debate allowing these candidates to speak longer and in more detail about issues.

Same.  10 is ideal, but 6 and 6 is also good.  Maybe intentionally switch it up too?  I.e., we had Joe/Kamala and Liz/Bernie in July so we will do Joe/Liz and Kamala/Bernie and then draw for the other candidates.

Kamala's National Press Secretary chimes in. Oof.

Not sure her campaign has the discipline to win this primary.

This is the reason we have a primary.  If there are issues Harris needs to address, it needs to be done now.  The fact they are essentially ignoring it and point the finger at Russian Bots is not reassuring.  People are so tired of the Russia stuff at this point, their eyes glaze over and ignore the article entirely.  Pushing stuff like this makes them look crazy.

You do realize it can be both right?

She’s getting destroyed online by Russian bots and MAGmA supporters.  But she also needs to address major issues in the campaign and I’ve said that from day 1.

tulsi is a Russian plant a la stein and that should be acknowledged, but it should also be told to Harris that her campaign needs to get stronger if she is to have a shot

Russian plant?

No.

Heavily backed by Russian twitter bots, Russia Today and a very vocal group of MAGAtards?

Yeah.  You in the wrong primary, girlfriend.

if the only way you can defend your candidate is by posting crazy shit like this, maybe you should rethink your support for that candidate.

I've been saying for months that Tulsi was going to fuck shit up in the debates and probably curb stomp someone, and I feel vindicated after last night.  It's not that she's smarter than the other candidates or anything, but she's direct and will go places others cannot.  I love how she just batted away that dumbass question they tried to give her and just went straight for the jugular.

She also called out our country's support of al qaeda.  I mean, wow.  Stuff like that is simply unspeakable.

I think she focused on the Trump administration's support of al-qaeda, but yeah that was good stuff.  Haven't heard her address the bloat/corruption of the MIC... not sure if anyone touched on it last night.

The next debate should be just Bernie on stage yelling at Jake Tapper for 45 minutes.

Unironically, yes.

We need to take on the professional media class to get anything done in this country. Millionaires paid by billionaires.

Coming up we'll have a Democratic strategist, a Republican strategist, a professor, and two of our reporters discuss this story about the professional media class. If we find a racial angle, we'll make one of the reporters and maybe the professor persons of color.

A reminder that right after this show ends, there'll be another show just like it with a different panel saying the same things.

Now this message from Herpelate, the medicine that helps you find happiness with your golden retriever and grandchildren even if you're having a herpes flare-up.

Warren

Bernie

That's it for me. Everyone else can drop out.

Ideas are great, but one of the things I look for in a candidate is whether or not they seem Presidential.  Bernie doesn't fit the bill for me...Warren does.

To me, Bernie is the left's version of Ron Paul.

I'm sure it's different for everyone, but for me, it's basically what I look for in any leader:

  1.  Calm under pressure
  2.  A quiet intelligence...i.e. you can tell they are smart, without them going around saying how smart they are.
  3. Pensive and introspective
  4. Ability to think on their feet
  5. Takes responsibility instead of blaming other
  6. Would command the respect of other leaders

That's just off the top of my head.  Basically, like Justice Stewart said regarding hardcore porn..."I know it when I see it"
