  1. Past hour
  2. Avery got plugs or Hims hair pills? Looking good.
  3. Going from loaded to scrambling in under 24 hours seems to be the opposite of gruntling...anticipated or not. I sure hope our SEC brethren are in the same boat, but I don't know that.
  4. Regularly. These are 2-1.5-1 for me.
  5. I don't disagree with you; I want to see the rot within the system completely and utterly excised. I personally don't believe that can happen through reconciliation but will take some hard lessons being learned. American history does not show that we will do anything other than "forgive and forget" however, and right now I see no signs that will change. My hope otherwise is in the youth of the party. We shall see. Regarding your first point - this all has happened before. Many, many lawful Hispanic residents - including no small number of citizens - were driven out of the US in the 1930s (the "Mexican Repatriation"); estimates are anywhere between 200,000 and 3 million people. Loss of birthright citizenship? Oh yeah, we've done that too. My great-grandmother, born in Illinois to American citizens and who probably never left the country in her life, lost her US citizenship because she married a foreign national who had not (yet) naturalized. Yep, that was the law in the 1920s if you were a woman. She had to go through the naturalization process later, same as any alien; I have her naturalization papers. What is happening today feels different to us because in our lifetimes nothing like this has ever happened, but in the long, often ugly and usually xenophobic history of the USA we've always managed to be complete and total shitbags to some part of the population (and no, we're certainly not alone there, then or now). Stephen Miller and his ilk - why, they can eat a giant bag of muledicks. I hear the mini-mart down at the Esso station might have some, if they hang around long enough.
  6. kerr county has the land at $1.623m and improvements at $7.678m
  7. A few weeks ago, I attended a soccer match between Mexico and The Dominican Republic at SoFi stadium in Inglewood. Parked at a restaurant at 104th and Prairie; my daughter and I (no pics) walked to the game. I am no expert of LA, but we were two of about 10 anglos in that area at the time - including the match. I was not fearful, but perhaps I am a dumbass. That said, most of the folks were occupied picketing against Trump and screaming at him while lighting off some pretty awesome fireworks. I guess this was my "did not get mugged" story.
  8. I had cancelled my audible sub because I have been finding everything I needed on Libby but this looks like an audible only thing. Guess I will fire it back up, my stepdad told me about this a few months but I completely forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder
  9. Atkinson trained with Anthony Hill and Derrick Johnson the last two summers, in Austin. (Excerpt from a note from Jordan Scruggs (Horns 247), below.) Atkinson has spent a lot of time in Austin over the last two summers while training, though it's worth bringing up that wasn't known by anyone until mid June. Atkinson worked out with or trained under several folks affiliated with Texas, but none more notable than Derrick Johnson and Anthony Hill Jr. "It's been great," Atkinson said of working with Johnson. "DJ, he's very intentional on his training, teaching the small details on things and it's just great to talk to him and train with him." Hill is actually who connected the two. "Ant Hill, Ant Hill hooked me up with him," Atkinson said. "That's my boy, we talk, we talk. Just the relationship I have with him and him just telling me about Texas, it's good."
  10. 1) No one should be getting compared to Bijan Robinson. He was a once every 5 years national RB recruit. That cannot be the bar. 2) Credit to Bobby connecting with the staff and conveying to the audience that they were going to do exactly what many posters on the boards were demanding with laughable entitlement - focusing resources for need and impact. 3) Atkinson is the best defensive player in this class. I said as much on this thread months ago. I didn’t think they’d land him. If they do, he’s an immediate impact player as a true freshman. Holy shit.
  11. Switch over to the statcast feed.
  12. centex - if you are comfortable discussing in public please answer here, or send me a pm: - age of your company - complexity of your chart of accounts - size of your database re: # of customers, # of skus/products - how many people in your accounting department - future growth prospects - does the business need to be prepared to acquire or be acquired
  13. It’s my last stonk. Lets fucking go.
  14. I realize its been over 2 decades since the show aired. (Well, it was a swift kick in the nuts to be reminded). Of the series I wish made a revival this is among the top. Anyway, I was fishing around and um.. Sadly, time hasn't been very kind to Cynthia. Probably still wood though.... it is known.
  15. Get rid of the fucking clock and it fixes everything.
  16. the golf course at hill country resort was in rough shape when i played earlier this spring. simple maintenance stuff just want being done
  17. I don’t know shit about fuck either, but the guy is big, fast, strong, breaks tackles, and catches the ball smoothly out of the backfield. Just lacks the explosive ridiculous quickness of Bijan. I think he looks a LOT like what I remember of Baxter at the HS level, but it’s been a few years since I watched those highlights.
  18. Kosi & Tyler are two mean mfs to add to the LB room. I feel like we need another one. Nansen should go out to the West Coast and find a long framed developmental type in Southern California. Those guys fly under the radar every class.
  19. Just a reminder for all the dumbfucks who like to say Gerry and Bobby don’t know shit, and they only say obvious shit and don’t have any inside sources, this morning Gerry aid 65/35 Texas and Bobby hinted strongly this would happen.
  20. This so so much. Man, I know @immamac has been struggling these last few days and I can't imagine moderating this board right now. The floods have been anxiety inducing to me. I have been struggling with the fallout, and I live in California with zero connection to the floods. I've seen so many posters lash out at each other and apologize later. Y'all are in the thick of it, so many here are affected or know someone directly affected by it. Politics bleed into spaces it shouldn't be, posters lash out at others when they shouldn't, but god dammit, this is unprecedented. Imagine 100 Sbbruins here after the California fires. I don't even know what to say. Temps are running high and we just need to remember we are a community. Kind of just spouting verbal diarrhea at this point, but the floods have really hit me hard Gonna take the ol ball and chain on a vacation on Wednesday and I've been using the thread on food/travel to pick restaurants and places to go. This place is special
  21. Tomorrow's lineup for SEC media day: Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, TEXAS Could be a little interesting....
