The first time I watched it, I thought it was the dumbest movie I’d ever seen. However, I changed my mindset and watched it again, the next time just rolling with the stupidity. It’s now one of my favorite comedies ever and I’ve seen it probably ten times. It is a genius movie but you have to get comfortable with dumb. Embrace dumb.

As a fan of Texas football over many years, that hits way too fucking close to home.

Not for nothing (and I know I have stream of consciousness thought and it sucks) but have some of y’all realized profoundly sexist you are? Towards the few females who have courageously stuck around this board more than a decade. And listened to your drivel which has solved exactly nothing. Not a god damn thing? if you are curious about my opinion just ask me and I will try my best to explain. But don’t label me. Try to put words in my mouth. Or tell me what my opinion is when you have no fucking clue. That shit is rampant here. fucking stop with that shit. I am not in some category you can pigeon hole me in. I’m surprised your wives haven’t gone scouting with me for lakes. 😂

The “Rapture” is a nonessential Christian doctrine which pulls together a set of pericopae in support of a belief that a series of events must occur before the imminent return of Christ. Simply stated, the Rapture is about what a minority of Christians believe will happen. The General Resurrection is about who we will meet.

Edit: I sincerely regret the joke. This is horrible.

MSNBC is reporting that 14 of 23 Grand Jurors voted to indict. The story says that most prosecutors won't go forward unless ALL jurors vote to indict.

Watching the Ravens-Chiefs and Baltimore is really beat up. Missing six defensive starters, their starting offensive LT (Ronnie Stanley), and Lamar Jackson left the game with a hamstring. The last time we beat Baltimore was 2014. At some point, we have to beat these guys again. Like next Sunday.

Had the Astros over 86. Thanks guys

Too. Soon. Cool. Board it. Find the drones on board. Seize it. Dare the Russians to fucking do something about it. Tell them you'll exchange the crew for 500 Ukrainian POWs. For humanitarian reasons, of course.

Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?

You say that like it's a bad thing. -
Who gives a fuck if they did? Ohhh we all rallied to get paid but really it's for charity! Give me a fucking break.

Singletary averaged more blocks per set in that match than our whole team does on average. It's so bizarre seeing a team go from winning the national championship to falling off a cliff. I mean, it's obvious what the explanation is, but it's still strange to me. I'm shocked Purdue is still able to be competitive after losing so many players from last year's team. You could field a really good team simply from the players that have transferred from Texas and are now starting on other teams. Setter alone you have Carlson, Crownover, and Cabello. I'm not complaining. I really enjoy our team. I don't know how far they go but this season is going to be a lot easier on me than last year.

whose name was on the palm of your glove growing up?
hobbes2702 replied to Derka's topic in Baseball
I used mostly hand me downs from my brothers but my primary until I was about 11 was a Mizuno (big M) with a pump that didn’t work. I have tried to find a pic and a model number but no luck. Loved that glove. Incredible pocket. When I got to Bronco and joined a “AAA”/Travel team I got a Rawlings HoH that I used until it got ruined by a leaky cooler on a beach trip about 5 years ago. That was mine but 11.5” and H web.
