  2. You guys hit homers???
  3. Why do they even need a police force? Everybody knows not to try that in a small town.
  4. What is this Silver Line thing you refer to in your post. I feel like I'm pretty up on ride share app and I've never heard of such a thing. There was a Orange Line ride share in Chicago from downtown to the airport... but that was, ya know, the El.
  5. This is the stage of the game where you can start to look at how each player is being edited and ask the question "does it make sense for the eventual winner to have been edited this way?" I think Joe, Eva, Kyle, and probably Shauhin can all answer yes to that question. The casual viewer would easily be able to understand why any of these folks won. Kamilla and Mitch aren't there yet, but they could potentially move up if they mastermind a big move to take out one of the big dogs. Mary hasn't been a relevant character (other than inadvertently getting David voted out) since Sai left. I think it's a safe bet that she doesn't win. Honestly not sure there's been a season in recent memory where 6 out of the final 7 could all still realistically win the game.

  7. If no metal body work is needed and it's a prime, block, prime, paint, clear, buff job probably close to 20K. Body work, removing trim, assembly, etc. takes it up from there.
  8. It could be that the Pakistan Information Minister might not have had accurate information.
  9. I'm in a small startup and our parts are shooting up in price. I found out for some power supplies we used to be charged $600 for a lot of 30 of them. Now that price has shot up to ... $2000 for the same things. I don't know how our leadership voted, but perfect example of how this is just how sweeping these tariffs are. They impact everyone.
  10. Nice allusion. Counterpoint (but in the pros): Troy Aikman went 1-15 in his first season with the Cowboys. Not that I disagree that Sark might have been loathe to throw Arch out there, I think that's a big part of his decision, whether Arch was ready or not.
  11. I’m not questioning Sark call of sticking with Quinn, I’m simply saying “this was part of the deal.” furthermore, I’m fully on board with Sark. If the dude cut every player tomorrow, I’d shrug and say “Sark knows what he’s doing”. He has soundly proved my initial read of him (as being a middling HC) to be completely incorrect. He’s a damn fine HC. Easily our best since Mack. Win an MNC, and I’ll say he’s better (and despite his massive flaws, I’ll always love Mack). Arguably already the 3rd-4th best HC in Texas history, despite only having been here for 4 seasons so far.
  12. This board's got alotta aggy who like to pretend they ain't really aggy.
  13. Posted before, but Klatt’s podcast on the UGA game, right after, said (paraphrase) “There are two reasons to pull a quarterback- to replace him, or to give him a chance to collect himself. Sark’s pulling of Ewers was the latter, but…each of Sark, Ewers and Manning knew that if Manning played well, Ewers wasn’t going back in.”
  14. The guy went from "States Rights! Every day I am suing Obama!" to "how might I please our lords and masters in Washington more? Let us rename the state "Trumpxas" for his birthday party!" So pathetic. But as a former student in the Texas school system, they rarely ever get past WWII in Social Studies. So I am not worried what the study curriculum for studying 2020 looks like.
  15. I am shocked based on aggie historical news
  16. No--I'm sorry, but fuck him. He came into my country, availed himself of its openness, opportunity, and kindness. And while doing so, actively worked to undermine all those things. He came here and stanned for a guy who tried to violently overthrow the government of the United States. He openly supported a guy who promised to undermine the Constitution, carry out vendettas against his political opponents, and eliminate the rule of law. He's an enemy of the United States. He has campaigned to destroy the country I love and that my forefathers helped build. And if he dies in the deepest darkest hole El Salvador has to offer, then it'll be precisely the death he deserves.
  17. Could be a bumpy ride today, NWS has us at a Level 3 (enhanced) risk for severe weather, not all that common even for us in the spring. Most likely concern will be large hail and winds (tornadoes maybe just a quick bit at first, but as the cells merge they'll form a line which knocks out most tornadic development. Could be a ROFLBOX bonanza as I think there is a pretty good chance of 3-4 areas of damaging hail at a given point in the region. Storms might move slow, which wouldn't help (but usually storms with big winds move fast, we'll see). Keep in mind that even with severe weather, it usually affects a relatively small portion of the area, so we're all not gonna die today (probably, maybe, well I dunno). Big Boom storms will form/go by mid afternoon to maybe dinnertime, then (hopefully) "just" moderate, even rain over most of the area. Keep an eye on your favorite weather honk after lunch, and have a plan to get your car outta harm's way. I'll come back and post if we have van-sized hailstones or something like that (something worth posting about). I'll keep peeking at the radar after lunch but these things as you know can flare up outta nothing.
  18. abbott will soon be copying this
  19. They break ass to play 82 games in the regular season. Three games in four days. If Houston and Golden State go 7 games, that will be 7 games in two weeks.
  20. I feel obligated to point out that it's been 66 hours since this post.
  21. Yeah, broad strokes is our president says lotsa dumb things. IMO, this one was a reach to tie into this thread which is overall a great thread. Not hating on @956 Worldwide cause most of his posts in here are great, but if we post all stupid shit said by POTUS in this thread that has any Russia connection well...
  22. As it was foretold:
  23. Getting thrown to the wolves too early can permanently destroy a QB'S confidence. It's a far fetched scenario but imagine if you will a 5-star freshman QB having to play meaningful snaps against an elite defense coached by Nick Saban in his prime. Chances are he'd never be the same afterwards and would be lucky to find a starting position at some garbage G5 program.
