Don't know if it was clickbait but I know I saw a push on my phone this morning that said Wilson was currently #2, Ewers #3 (quote from the coach). -
Texas Football 2025 Fall Camp - Kicking the Sonofabitch In
Atticus replied to closetojumping's topic in Football
We lost Matthew Golden. Bond was a nonfactor for much of the second half of the season. Are you worried about losing Cook? Wingo is a year older and improved, Moore is a year older and has been locked in on this season as his launching pad to the NFL since arriving on campus, both played heavy snaps last year. So let's say improved Wingo + improved Moore + Eric Decker + Mosley Worse than Bond + Golden + Cook + Bolden + Moore + Wingo? (Based on what we knew about them heading into the season) Definitely debatable. -

Texas Football 2025 Fall Camp - Kicking the Sonofabitch In

I'm not concerned about WR. It's the OL for me. How soon can/will they get up to speed? To a much lesser extent, cornerback, and mainly for game 1. I fully expect the front seven to make things easier on the secondary, but I want to see validation beyond camp reports that our corners are up to the task. Not handwringing over it by any means as the secondary is deep and talented, and I think we are solid at Safety and likely OK at N. But they will face a steller WR corps game 1, and thinking that is best avenue of attack for tOSU as I expect us to be tough to run against. I also expect that the secondary only gets better as the schedule progresses. -

Any news about Patricia worrying about Livingstone? -
They usually they don't include it. Also remember that the studio only gets about half of the box office Per Variety, the marketing for this was $38m This movie will have legs in theaters though

All good, I think there really needs to be a buffer between when people see things and when they can post on social media.

Been gone for a week, but surely I'm not the only one that finds it weird to see Jose hit after Carlos, right?

That actress is hella fine. Caught the first hour before bed, left myself a cliffhanger. Had to stop because it was almost 2 a.m., and finishing would’ve put me at 3. (I’m an insomniac with sleep apnea and 2 kids under 2, not an issue. But gotta sleep sometime.) And why is it that I hate having subtitles on when I understand the language, but love them for international films/TV? With foreign stuff, it feels like reading a book but in movie form. Which is probably why I like reading… I visualize what I’m reading like it’s a movie.

Horror also kills it at the theater if any level of hype materializes, and the ROIs are great because they're typically not expensive because they aren't reliant on star actors or directors

If Livingstone's playing with the 1s, then it's taking away valuable practice and chemistry from other potential wr's. If he's practicing with the 1s, then he's separating himself. If he's catching the ball, he doesn't have to be a burner, just needs to be reliable, and the beneficiary from Wingo's extra coverage. If he maxes out, he'll be surpassed before the end of the season, once teams get film on him and can adjust. I'd be damn happy with a possession receiver that is a 2nd or 3rd read dump off guy. As tight end's go, who is the better blockers of the group? That's what we're going to need early on. Guys that can chip and release or delay the defensive end, and then catch. Everybody want's to catch the ball, few want to dig in and fight the biggest, quickest guys on the defense for four quarters. -
This could very well go on the enshitification thread in the Daily Texan. All of this gross, gauche crap being paid for by you and me with money we're borrowing from our children.
