This is what I need to know. How can a very lazy investor make a shit load of money off false economic numbers, wild stock fluctuations, and the inevitable republican recessions? -
Texas Rangers 2025: Pitching has been fire. Bats not so much.

We're done with Seattle. It'll be fine. Glad Bruce is awake, but it's not as bad as batting Joc 5th or running out Garcia as a closer...or LuJack as the closer before that. -

Spelling is certainly not your strong suit, friendo. -
Agreed. The owners of my local pro sports teams have caused me to lose interest in all of them. Now, I can see the college game slowly slipping away as well. Damn shame.

I was shocked there was a lounge in AUS. It was actually not bad but very small. The prices at the restaurants in AUS are outrageous. I am always shocked at the number of morbidly obese folks waddling around the terminal. There is a kind of cycle to this. During COVID, I was flying transatlantic with 50 passengers on the 787. Two years later you could not get an empty seat. Centurion lounges all have waitlists now, it kind of sucks. Less so in Europe because they remain poor. On the other hand, when you need it, sometimes it is there and it's awesome. ANC headsets help a lot. -
Shit, I've knocked that out at dollar oyster happy hour sorry, we're not allowed to call it that in Boston.

Folklore was great. -
The 80% is a little misleading as last Friday's included Thursday previews, but it ended at 66%, which is still not great. Basically the same as Brave New World. It's just a paradigm shift. They can't slap a Marvel logo on it and expect $800M+. I think the next one isn't until late 2026 with Doomsday. We'll see where that goes.

But I'm really bumping this thread because Zuck put out an AI manifesto. You can find it here - https://www.meta.com/superintelligence/?srsltid=AfmBOop5BoRERP2kcCDRh682D0o-FxSKArqt2F0VOcYwSAQvSU6zUlVj But I posted it here because I went to that shitty site, so you don't have to: What a dumbass. It was panned last week by two of my fave people (already cued up):

Never had to reseal the helm but have had the cylinder done a couple of times at a couple different shops (2x in last 15 years). I would guess a competent shop could handle it? The rebuild kit looks to be a dozen o-rings and new stainless hardware to button it back up - shouldn't be a terrible job I wouldn't think.
