  1. First we had Malikmas, now we have Bijanukkah.

  3. We’ve run over Drayton, backed up over him, and then run over him again, but the word is that he, Beck and Carrington worked the hell out of this and never quit and got it done, if the course stays. OSU has been notified. This is a good kid and family and they’re looking to announce and stick. Could get Thompson, Thompson and Robinson in a streak over a few days here. Awesome.

  4. Looks like Osu check bounced. “I just changed my Crystal Ball pick on Bijan Robinson to "foggy." I don't know yet where he is going, but at this point I don't think it is Ohio State. Not sure if it could change back before his Aug. 2 announcement, but what I am told is that it's not Ohio State right now.“ -Bill from the Ohio state board.

  5. It’s Texas. I’ll keep saying it. Some have known for a few days. The Ohio State guys don’t know a fucking thing at this point.

  7. Not sure I follow the logic of "he's not racist because Israel, but ok... Let's take a deeper dive into the other examples: Trump dated a black woman... Oh, and the "black" woman is actually biracial...and very light skinned... Trump deported a Nazi...Is this the GOP's bar? Hey, we deported a Nazi! Congratulations...would you like a cookie? The dude was stripped of his citizenship like 25 years ago, but no other country would accept him and the US didn't have enough to charge him, so he stayed until Germany finally decided to take him back at the ripe old age of 95. He died 5 months later. Designated MLK's birthplace as a historic park...Rep. John Lewis sponsored and shepherded the bill through congress...Trump simply signed it into law. Good on him for not vetoing it, but I'm not sure it qualifies as Trump accomplishment. Pardoned Jack Johnson...If you don't think this was a PR stunt, I don't know what to tell you. First, it was suggested to him by Sylvester Stallone, and second, he couldn't even muster the courage to admit that Johnson was a victim of racial injustice. Here's what he said instead... What many view? He was arrested for dating a white woman. What other conclusion could be drawn from that? Trump "loved" (sic) his Jewish grandchildren...did he stop loving them? What's with the past tense? Anyway, once again, congrats to Trump for not lashing out at children who had no choice in the matter. Trump starts Opportunity and Revitalization Council...first of all, it's kind of racist to assume all areas inhabited by the poors are black areas. But hey, I'm not gonna blame Trump for the word choices of the racist POS who made the meme. But then there's also this... Granted Clemancy to Alice Johnson....following a meeting with Kim Kardashian. Might as well add "he's not racist because he sent mean tweets to Sweden on behalf of Kanye West to help free A$AP Rocky." Trump loaned his jet to Nelson Mandela...well, that was back in 1990, and he charged them $130,000 (so about $250k today), so I'm not sure I'd qualify that as a portrait in charity. Overseen the lowest African American unemployment rate in history...So, he's an overseer...where have I heard that term before...oh yeah, Coincidentally that was the last time African American unemployment was at a historic low. The truth of the matter is that all unemployment rates are down thanks to Obama. Don't believe me? Name one policy Trump has enacted to specifically target African American unemployment. Trump denounced David Duke...Ok, like the Nazi thing above, this shouldn't be a difficult thing to do...let's check out what he said... Whoa, someone hold him back, he seems very upset about white supremacists supporting him. Trump's Lifetime Acheivement award for helping "the blacks"....this just flat out never happened...I'm shocked I tell ya... Here's the genesis of the lie... Wow, that's impressive...let's see what the Ellis Island award spokesperson had to say about the claim ... So why did he win the award back in 1986? Nice try Ema, but as usual, the facts don't support the claims. Sad.

  11. Lulz. Similar sort of moment yesterday over our morning coffee: Mrs. Ponderer: "I've been too polite to mention it for 17 years, but I have to say something now that we're moving away and never coming back here..." Me: "You have my attention. Go on." Mrs. Ponderer: "Have you ever noticed how every girl at Texas A&M, hell, every girl in East Texas, regardless of weight or race, has the same sort of face?" Me: "East Texas Box Face?" Mrs. Ponderer: "Yes! Do people call it that?"

  12. Let’s be clear, if this guy were to wind up committing to Arizona, the level of unhinged I think we could accomplish would reach new territory. I’m talking, there’s-a-killer-in-a-clownsuit-on-this-yacht -level of panic and shrieking. I’ll be riding shotgun on the hysteria. If this guy isn’t going to Ohio State, we have got to get him on board.

  28. The staff still has issues, you dumbfuck. Even if Drayton lands Bijan, a RB coach Landing two guys at his position in three years and not helping out with other positions doesn’t justify his performance and we’re still wasting 3 spots on WR and TE.

  31. Saying that Trump is "a racist" would imply some sort of ideology, or core beliefs. Like calling him a christian or a conservative. He does and says racist things when the results are good things for the dotard.

  37. The gloves need to come off for the media. To keep applying their old templates to this administration is harming the country. Every time they treat a tweet or hateful remark as a sane policy statement, they legitimize unprecedented behavior. Further, focusing on these individual outrageous utterances ends up being a dissection of a tree instead of the forest. There is also the facile and intellectually cowardly practice of framing a story in how the common man may react. "This action may hurt Trump with hispanics..." I don't give a shit about your obsession with predicting election results. Cover the actual story. Have the editorial balls to call something what it is when you see it instead of bringing in lying Trump apologists to "balance" the true perception with outright lies and spin. Hitler didn't deserve a voice on a journalism panel. He was a malignant NAZI trading in hate and a racially pure wet dream. Sorry, 'Dolf, you're not welcome at the table to simply lie. The same with Trumpists. If you can find someone who is something more than a propagandist, bring him/her on. Writing this, I recognize that it's not actually the job of journalists to move the populace to action. They are to serve by reporting. I doubt the foul, amoral element of the electorate will be moved to change their disposition, but that doesn't release journalists from their charge. The GOP stands in opposition to the world. The international aspect popped up in the climate thread. Their dissembling opposition to recognizing the science of the warming threat reflects their overall narrow interest in serving moneyed interests whose own narrow interests seem to be short term gain. This post becomes a manifesto. I've been drinking on a Saturday. I prefer the recruiting board, but I come over here and see that the river of vomit continues to flow from the White House. The malignancy must be attacked. Impeach this fucker. E'erbody stand up and state their position. Let time and the people sort it out over time. Maybe we don't bring the cocksucker down, but let's make our mover nevertheless. I wish I were younger. I think I would take to the main mall or a street corner. I feel like I'm watching a bully beat the fuck out of a girl without moving against him. Overlong posts aren't enough.

  38. Why was Chuckles a "good man"? Because he's black? Or is there something that actually reflects it in factual ways beyond politicizing the motherfucker? He was named the other man in a divorce suit in Louisville, while he was coaching at Texas. He took our program into the fucking toilet in fundamentally embarrassing ways. I mean, we will hear about Kansas for the rest of our lives as fans. The guy was easily the worst coach in UT history statistically. He recruited okay in certain spots and left a fucking shithole on the depth chart at OL. Also, the premise that poor, sweet, sweet Charles was left with nothing and could nothing about it for years is laughable. He could have gone out and recruited a fucking juco QB, or several, and had an insta-fix to part of his problems. He didn't just fail to do that in year 1. He failed to do that every year he was here. Why? Because he was a fucking idiot. Coaches everywhere come into bad situations and the good ones aggressively and promptly fix it in an organized manner. The bad ones can't get out of their own way and flounder. And then there's Chuck, who walked out onto the metaphorical 50 yard line of the college football world, pulled his pants down, and aggressively buttfucked Bevo until they both passed out.
