Oh, I get that part.  No sane person of color would challenge it.  Maybe the ACLU just on a lark, but it likely wouldn't go far.

It is not illegal if they are doing it cult style. The only way to challenge it is at a local level. If you have enough community support to stop their zoning, petition/pester suppliers/contractors and basically make building and/or staying extremely difficult and uncomfortable. That's all you can do legally if the owners of the land run it like a cult.

The Feds can step in on a cult but holy shit is it WAY more difficult that one might think. Seriously, Scientology is absolutely a fucking cult, but it's so powerful nobody is doing shit about it.

You should truly do some research on cults. Every single one of them does exactly what I just described. Usually done under the name of region, but some done in the name of science and... Scientology. Mormons pretty frequently but they aren't alone. Remember the "Twin Flames" cults? "Dancer" cult? I could go on and on but they are all over the place.

Edit - Hell in that video there was a couple that met AT the "community" and got married already.

Basically, a cult finds lost souls or those who want to do "something". They give them a place to "belong" and find like minded people for "community". Race is trending HUGE in social media. This is just an offshoot of other cults with race tacked on as the driver. Nothing more, nothing less.

Regarding compensation, towards the end of the video one of the rubes does chores for reduced rent.

Agreed.  Let the white supremacists self segregate to a shithole.  Good luck finding a good taco you bland-ass food eating honkies.

Right - do we even know how big this place is?  If you own a few dozen or even a few hundred acres, let these dipshits inbreed with each and Mother Nature can take it's course.  This is a cult like any other, and they invariably disband over time or ride the Kool-Aid train

Yikes.  People might start thinking of Arkansas as racist now.

I mean, we had a recent governor with a family ranch named "Ni@%erhead".
I'm not going to judge too harshly.

As stated again and again, it comes back to private land ownership.  Fair Lending, which cascaded down from the Fair Housing Act, enforces just that:  lending and unfair rental practices

Of course it does.  But, these people are vetting strangers and using a very specific business model to evade renting and selling.  It's not wholly private.

Like the deed restrictions in Shelley v. Kraemer, which preceded the FHA, they're using state-sanctioned and enforced vehicles, in the form of LLCs, and, when push comes to shove, I think the scheme very well may be held unconstitutional and the LLC voided for violation of public policy.

Of course, then they'd be left with just doing it on a lick and a promise, "hey whitey, for a nominal fee you can come live on muh patch," but I think that's going to end up less attractive.

Let's be honest. Meth, smoking, poor fashion sense and generalized obesity are far bigger problems. This is just the cherry on top of the shit sandwich.

This cult finally allowed manorities:

I vaguely recall over 100 acres in the video. 170 or so is my thinking. So pretty damn big. I'm not interested enough to fact check my own data.

You keep saying renting and selling. I keep telling you that at the bottom line the people in this "community" aren't renting or buying. They've got some sort of cult shenanigans going on. Hell, in the video one of the idiots was going to do labor to reduce his "rent". Rent = donations to the "community" sans legal documents, I'll wager big money.

I trust the Roberts Court will do the right thing.

The same is true of the all-black dorms at MIT and Harvard etc. It's technically not racist if you just socially exclude all the white people by making them unwelcome.

We should give these people land, clearly make it on a map and with big signs around the perimeter.  Make it easy for folks to identify these people.

They won’t last more than a few years, but let’s help separate them from the rest of the herd.
