The thing I like is even if I have a million of “Nicole is wrong” in a few years people will repeat what I’ve said without realizing it years later.

for what it’s worth my BMD source (not to be confused with my Sark source) is a multi billionaire (think hundreds of billions) and I only know this person bc my dad (RIP) saved this dude’s life when my dad who was a pathologist found an anomaly in his slides that another pathologist missed. It was cancer. My dad found it. No one else did, so I get scoop. Not as much anymore but my BMD checks on me. All I can say is my BMD  better than most of  BMD’s but he doesn’t have the upper hand. It’s more a social thing than people get. It’s about ego stroking and glad handing.

Hundreds of billions?  Dial it back a bit.

Sorry around 5 billion. I meant hundreds of millions. I ain’t going back to correct my posts. Also I need my glasses. Not excusing it. He is worth basically around $5 billion. At least according, to latest holdings and such.

Hmm that's crazy. Truth is, that's almost exactly my net-worth too. Don't take this the wrong way, but go fuck yourself for telling this board what we spoke about earlier. No offense, but between this and the new TEMU jet boat affliction you've thrust upon me, you're the fucking devil. Honestly, I think I'll just buy you a TEMU boat as a going away present for our now ended friendship.

Goodbye and good luck!

This is what I get for mainly using my phone to type on surly. Truth be told—believe me. Don’t believe me. I then would have had to have been the luckiest SOB alive to have said the night before Herman was fired he was in fact going to be fired the next day, maybe I’m just psychic? Either way, what is wild is that he is more interested in the medical center than anything else the football stuff was just a way into a club even though he is less social than most of y’all. So to speak.

So now we're all anti-social.

I see how you roll now that our friendship has ended.

Last time I tried that went badly, lol.

I apologize for my shit typing. The people who know me in real life know my BMD ain’t bullshit. I didn’t want to give an exact number of his net worth. Thought I was typing millions. Sorry. I wouldn’t lie. No point in it.

So….

who is the leak?

or do you buy that this story was created out of thin air? About sark going to the NFL? I don’t think the reporter would create a fake story but that’s just me.

I honestly think Sark would be a good fit at UCLA. Less pressure and most importantly, close to Hollywood where Loreal can flourish.

I was thinking New York. But who knows?

If not just completely fabricated it came from the NFL side. Why, I don’t know.  From a Sark or UT it would serve as a negative to any goals. The NFL side may just want to see chaos because it doesn’t affect them regardless. Or it’s just bullshit. Wouldn’t be the first time.

That’s smart. The way you think. So then the reason for the leak would be why if not fabricated? I still think it was a BMD but I could be wrong. Someone seeing coaches being fired and wants a specific one. But that’s also messy.

If a BMD is leaking info to try and tank a season, does the school really need that persons money….

If NFL twitter folks are running with this outside of info from Sark or UT or an NFL team then it’s fabricated

No. BMD is a term that represents hundreds of individuals.  Depending on the BMD, any journalist reporting on that information is practically making up the story. That may very well be the case, but then we need to quit framing this as credible.

So nobody knows shit

Theres got to be someone on the board with juicy intel about the situation. With the way the offensive side of the ball was inexcusably mismanaged this off-season, I'm sure the dysfunction has been going on for quite some time.

That’s my read on it.

I’m just fascinated that Nicole- of all people- somehow became the gatekeeper of this thread.

And whoever it was that coined the term “Temu Nancy Grace” - lmfao. Chef’s kiss

I 💯 stand by everything I have said. No retractions outside of my actual BMD source is worth hundreds of millions. Not billions. Huge typo on my part. Sorry I use my phone more than a computer, and without my glasses things tend to suck.

My sark source (not to ever be confused with BMD source?  is spot on. I have known them over a decade and they are in a world of amazing accomplished black athletes I am not privy to. Outside of that let the chips fall.

I doubt the claim is made up—I don’t think the Athletic runs with it. Sark’s denial was quasi bullshit. IMO.

They have to answer for their article. I didn’t write it nor source it nor have anything to do with it nor does anyone I know. That wasn’t a surprise to me he might be putting out feelers but the article itself was.

If that happened Lebby or Dillingham would be my first call.

You keep your hands off our guy!

Dillingham is really good and still growing as a coach. We’re still a couple of recruiting/portal classes away from being a serious challenger once in the playoffs. We’re out on this year thanks to our QB being hurt, but man I have to hand it to Dillingham for having kept the season together when you quite literally have nothing behind Leavitt when he’s hurt. There are posters on this board that would be as valuable to ASU football as Sims is when he plays.

I mean, as you should. You more or less didn’t say anything other than his head isn’t in it this year. Because ~reasons~.

“Article” doing a lot of work in your posts. I’ve only seen the single-sentence tweet. Has Russini elaborated in other x posts or is there a fleshed out article published by The Atlantic on this?

The actual “claim” in the “story” is that the reporter was told something. That can totally be true…WITHOUT that “something” being true.

It is a "smoke and mirrors" situation.  While @Nicole44 and her BMD are fanning the flames of suspicion and conjecture, meanwhile there is something else going on no one sees.  Like maybe the body count going up in the lake.

If it came from Dianna Russini that means she got it from the Titans. Chip Brown said he heard weeks ago Sark was interested in the Dolphins job if it came open. Now, those are two people with spotty track records. However, in talking to someone I know on the media side with connections throughout the coaching industry he told me last night that he heard even before the season started people in the industry thought Sark might kick the NFL tires after this season.

So that's three different people, none of whom are affiliated with the others, saying Sark wants to go to the NFL. My media guy says Sark was pissed that it came out yesterday and the CAA thing was a mea culpa on that front. Sark's rant postgame was just posturing.

Well @someguy said the plan was supposed to be 2 years with arch then nfl. I assume when that plan was made by Sark it didn’t account for the extra year with Quinn so theoretically this would have been the same year that he planned to go to nfl, yeah?

That I don't know. That could be the case. But Sark also had the heart issue at Alabama and has a newborn at home and maybe just decided he wanted the job with less stress and time commitment. While everyone is on the same footing in the NFL financially, it's still just coaching ball and less of a time suck than coaching college and he was ready for that. Really don't know.
