Looks like we're done with Columbia and the crew there.

Well someone died to bring us Narocs in Mexico. That's a lot of pressure to bring us the good shit.

  • 5 weeks later...

It's out...5 minutes into the first episode...hooked already.  That intro, man.

Well I'll be damned, Ken Cosgrove got his eye back and found his way to Guadalajara.

Netflix needs to give me a damn break for a few weeks.  Too much stuff I want to watch right now.

Three episodes in. So far, it’s every bit as good as the original Escobar seasons. Very hooked.

Finished it today.

Dare I say, better than the first two seasons.

Can not wait for season two!

Oh and the guy playing Felix looks so much like Milo Ventimiglia from “This Is Us” it was kind of jarring.

At points I was all “Jack is going to kill that guy! Rebecca is going to be so disappointed in him!”.

To all the Michael Pena haters out there (you know who you are), fuck you. The dude does not get the credit he deserves. Hope he scores some awards for this because he is giving a helluva performance.

His agent must be the tits, because pretty much every movie he's had a role in in the last 15 years has been fairly big, yet he's only been supporting in almost all of them.

It's great through 7 episodes, but I'm not sure I want to see what happens next.  Pena is great.  Shit's too real.

Glad to see Henry Francis moved on from the NY Governor's lackey to a DEA big wig.

Just saw S4E1 last night and got hooked. Just wondering, should I see S3 even though  seeing S1 and S2 was so damn good...

Who the hell hates Michael Pena? Because they are obviously wrong. Michael Pena is awesome.

And yeah, I just got into this last night...watched the first two episodes. LOVING IT.  Both Michael Pena and Diego Luna are killing it.

I'm confused.   You loved S1 and S2, but are wondering if you should skip S3?

S3 is solid, too. My favorite of the three. Don’t think it matters if you watch S4 first.

Love this. This may have been my favorite season. It was so well done and i liked both villain and hero.

What I can figure out is how this is so good and well done, and the production level so high, yet Chapo pales in comparison as far as acting, production, etc.

Damn, Rafa is reminding me of the insanity of being cracked out 24/7. very accurate portrayal of the paranoid psychosis it puts you in.

Him dressing like Tony Montana cracked me up.

Been meaning to watch S3 but jumped into S4 like a damn fool. Just was wondering if S3 tied into S4 with people, places, cliffhangers, and such...

Thanks. Big fan of D.Luna

^ yes S3 ties into S4 as far as people, etc. But chronologically S4 occurs before S3.

Where the fuck did they find all these old suburbans?

No doubt this season's greatness, but the entire series has been magnificent. It's like naming your favorite kid (that hasn't gone on a coke and money bender).

Isabella. Wood.

That Veronica Vaughn, is one hot piece of ace...

I can relate to your comment MIA... I can remember the time period some good friends were big time users and would talk about a things that only existed in their minds... but it was so real to them, it made you want to belive them...

Just finished ep 4.  I'm a little confused by something from the wedding.  Two DEA agents were following the guy with the lamp, he went in, and... nothing.  Who was he and why was his character a big deal? I assumed he was an assasin or something but nothing ended up happening.

That kinda confused me too, but Was he not the other DEA agent with the mustache?

I think he was just a dude another branch wanted them to keep an eye on, and them following him, led them to the wedding where all the key players happened to be gathered. Many of whom were unknown to the dea at that time

Call me crazy, but I felt the same way when Chepe showed up on screen, too.  Fucking loved that dude, especially the barbershop scene in Brooklyn.
