  2. One of the first to bend the knee Aja Wilson actually went to private school
  3. Answered your own question here. When Karic took his t-rex arms to Tennessee, he learned a new position and won the job. We were not relying on him as a backup tackle at the time.
  4. Nice to see some of the bats wake up.
  5. is she cumming?
  6. Don’t worry y’all, the Times has decided this story is over and there’s nothing more to see here:
  7. What a farce of a channel.
  8. It’s a lot of money for a guy who doesn’t even have a single senior cap for France yet, but… He looks to have an incredible ceiling; his technicality/ball skills are insane for a guy of his size and he looks to have good link-up play and vision which will do wonders for this team under Slot. At this point, I’m not doubting Edwards’ supercomputer (and Hughes, by extension).
  9. I was 100% expecting Melissa McCarthy or something but I guess having another hot Fak shouldn't be a big surprise considering John Cena etc. It's a little sad she got old, yeah, but she has made up for that in spades with her acting chops. She's absolutely killed every role she's had in the last decade or so.
  10. Rucking is the way. Just carrying weight. Consistently carrying weight. Ever seen a fat dudes calves. They're massive. Ever seen a heavy dude that's lost a ton of weight. They're legs are strong AF.
  11. I would say for me, even though I’m not a big DC film fan, I recognize the historical importance of the creation of Superman and what he meant, especially for the creators. That means being extra on film so the humanity and the goodness shine through. Even if it may come across as cheesy, because come on… Americans, we kinda need reminders.
  12. Mamiya RB67 | Fuji Velvia 50
  13. She opted for it. She didn’t want to take any chances and it was only the one side. She also did the genetic testing and that came back negative, so keeping lefty was fine. Her right one betrayed her and had to go. Feel free to message me if you’d like. I’m happy to share.
  14. Gonna be uncomfortably warm this week. Forecast high of 98 today (heat index ~110) would be the hottest day so far this year in Houston.
  15. I agree with you 100%, but the CR part goes well beyond that and would badly derail this thread lol
  16. I enjoyed the Snyderverse movies but they weren't really Superman films. It's not supposed to be dark and serious. I think people that didn't enjoy this film need to try and approach it from a different angle. It's a comic book movie, it's supposed to be campy and goofy. More importantly, it's also a Superman movie, and I think people tend to forget what Superman is supposed to be like because of the Snyderverse and how dark some of the other DC stuff is (like Batman). A big part of Superman's persona/aura is that he is just...good. He is so purely, childishly good that it flies way past the point of absurdity and even humanity, which is appropriate because he is actually a goddamn alien. If your kids are enjoying this and you're being a sour puss about it, they're reading a comic book and you're stubbornly trying to watch what you think should be Citizen Kane.
  17. Commemorative cup of pain
  18. This morning on CNBC Tom Lee said that BTC could hit $1M in the “next few years”. https://www.cnbc.com/video/2025/07/21/bitcoin-could-be-worth-over-1-million-per-coin-in-the-next-few-years-say-fundstrats-tom-lee.html?__source=sharebar|twitter&par=sharebar
  19. That damn ‘98 Big XII conference championship might be the closest we wildcats ever get to smelling that NC trophy.
  20. Saw it over the weekend with the family and really liked it for many of the same reasons mentioned above-- Superman more human and relatable than any version since 1978. And more "fun" and less gods of war, even with high stakes. Sure it had some camp, for me not too much, though I can see how others might not like it. I think this could be a great building block for a DCU, I'm eager to see what they do next. Oh and the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel can get it. I really enjoyed her portrayal of Lois, definitely the best since Margot Kidder.
  21. Not a bad player, but was there any attempt to keep him? At the time he left, he was essentially only being used as a jumbo TE / sixth OL
  22. I chuckle thinking how angry he gets that his lawsuit goes before an African American judge appointed by Obama. Shame it wasn't a female to boot.
  23. He has that forward lean in his running style. He’s going to be good
  24. No updates on how A&M is lapping Texas on the recruiting trail? That's weird.
