  1. Past hour
  2. Was just thinking the same thing. When something seems crazy, follow the money.
  3. At this point in the game, you would have thought she would have told her kid to cool it on MAGA and wait a few years.
  4. ND’s schedule is harder than Tech’s and it’s not even close. In every metric you choose ND is around the top 30 and Tech is 50 or below.
  5. Comey's a dick, no question about it. But, there are two, mostly unrelated, things driving Trump's animus. One is a failure to indict Hildawg for "butter emails," which wasn't Comey's call in the first place and should never have been. But I think the real animus here is Russia, Russia, Russia. And Comey's criticism of him. And both of those ignore the huge favor Comey did by going public with the WIener shit. This is a pretty good piece from Lawfare. https://www.lawfaremedia.org/article/comey--james--and--animus-through-a-megaphone Although its primary topic is vindictive prosecution, it goes into some detail about the quality of the charges notwithstanding animus, particularly as relates to Letitia James.
  6. It doesn't seem like an English speaking country anymore because we are putting barely literate morons from the Republican Party in power.
  7. I'm down with your passion for H-town teams, Macklemore, but these uniforms are hideous. The red of helmet doesn't match the other reds, the horns are some retarded bull version of the Vikings. I used to like Battle Red games. Maybe it's just the helmet that ruins it? The H-town alternate is fine (not sure they the base color is closer to black than navy), but it's inevitable they will have a jersey that is "H-town blue" (not to be legally confused with Columbia blue). McNairs should quit being pussies and just pull the trigger, and introduce the white helmet alternate at the same time.
  8. Lmao I was just gonna say there was a national article (wsj maybe) just this week about her son pushing his chips all in behind maga.
  9. May not be the case. Certain things might be simply Unforgivable.
  10. 😂😂😂
  11. I mean...yeah. I am not interested in protecting any of Epstein's buddies. And color me skeptical any Democrat I actually like is in those files. Probably a bunch of old creeps we were planning on trying to defeat in a primary anyway.
  12. Bohls wakes up every day hoping to find a way to piss all over the UT football program, frankly with was the SID I would have pulled his credentials years ago. The shitty AAS got so tired of his retarded shtick they fired him but somehow the Houston Chronicle thought hiring a near retirement age no nothing was a smart business decision.
  13. Since you quoted me then deleted, I never said the figure was wrong. I was laughing at the queen of Bravo style gossip quoting "google" for sources knowing damn well there are posters that knew specifics and could weigh in. Anyone that reads this board with any minimal regularity should have known who I was referring to.
  14. Humor me. What gives you the impression that people here have any insight whatsoever into what is going on?
  15. Comey played fuck around and find out games. He really could’ve derailed all this chaos bullshit early, but chose instead to publicly announce their Clinton’s email investigation. Fuck him, albeit the enemy of my enemy and so forth.
  16. Yeah, maybe. I was just thinking how hard it would be to hide for a few days with absolutely no one in the world seeing you or even knowing you were missing. Especially in a city. Maybe they thought he was one of the dead.
  17. ICE doesn't give a single fuck, and is eager to flex their thuggery https://www.wpri.com/news/local-news/providence/ri-judge-intervenes-after-ice-mistakenly-detains-superior-court-intern/ Multiple sources told Target 12 that Rhode Island sheriffs earlier noticed someone taking photos of the intern inside the courthouse and in Superior Court Judge McBurney’s courtroom. When approached, the individual identified himself as an ICE agent and was told to abide by standard courthouse rules, and to stop taking pictures. The intern was reportedly shaken, so McBurney offered to drive him home. ICE agents then surrounded the judge’s car and demanded everyone to exit the vehicle, threatening to smash in the windows if they did not comply. Dana Smith, Head of Security Operations for R.I. Superior Court, confronted the agents and told both the judge and the intern to stay inside the car. After an argument, ICE confirmed they had misidentified the teen and left. The intern was released once his ID was checked. “This egregious incident underscores both the community’s and the Judiciary’s concerns about how ICE is conducting its operations in Rhode Island,” R.I. Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell said.

    Getting old sucks

Starting from the top going down: bursitis in shoulder, bicep hurts trying to lift my arm, below elbow interior numbness running down to my thumb which I can bend inward but can't lift at all. I can't bend my wrist toward my thumb or upward. I can kinda sort of use my hand but it is 110% spazz mode. I already have a telehealth appointment Monday morning so waiting until then. I still have everything from the surgery on the other shoulder so that's handy. Wound up wearing my sling most of the night at work. Upside is it draws sympathy points from wimmin.
  19. Yeah you’re right - I think I subconsciously substituted “team” for “offense”. In any event, the defense has been impeccable since Burke took over the playcalling.
  20. Yes. Like in the next two games.

  22. The gottdam flippy floppy on this is enraging.
  23. I bet an audit of the PE firms' expense reports would reveal most of the answer.
  24. I don't understand why unequal revenue sharing can't be accomplished based on TV ratings. That's really the primary basis upon which "value" can be measured with respect to the media contract. I'd install a floor based on prior year performance to avoid a school suffering massive financial losses because of a bad season or two but otherwise it seems to be the most obvious and fair approach. Just saying UM, tOSU, and PSU are more valuable than everyone else is stupid and arbitrary. It also lumps USC and Oregon with Maryland and Purdue. That makes no sense.
  25. Don't know Russian so not sure how accurate this is, but the phrasing in some stuff was odd All 28 points of the peace plan were published online key points 1. Security and political status of Ukraine - Confirmation of Ukraine’s sovereignty. - Ukraine receives U.S. security guarantees, but with conditions. - Ukraine enshrines non-alignment and renunciation of NATO membership in its Constitution; NATO confirms Ukraine will never join. - The size of Ukraine’s Armed Forces is restricted. - Ukraine remains a non-nuclear state. 2. Territorial issues - Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk are recognized de facto as Russian. - Kherson and Zaporizhzhia are “frozen” along the line of contact. - Some territories become a demilitarized buffer zone under de facto Russian control. - Both sides commit not to change borders by force. (Lmao!) 3. Military arrangements - NATO does not station troops in Ukraine. - NATO fighter jets are based in Poland. - Security dialogue between the U.S., NATO, and Russia; creation of a U.S.–Russia working group. - Russia legally commits to a policy of non-aggression toward Ukraine and Europe. (Aha aha, lol) 4. Economic block and Ukraine’s reconstruction - The U.S. and Europe launch a major investment package for Ukraine’s recovery. - $100 billion in frozen Russian assets go to rebuilding Ukraine; the U.S. takes 50% of the profits. - Europe adds another $100 billion. - Other frozen Russian assets are allocated to joint U.S.–Russia projects. - Establishment of a Ukraine Development Fund, with investments in infrastructure, resources, and technology. 5. Russia in the global system - Gradual lifting of sanctions. - Russia’s return to the G8. - Long-term U.S.–Russia economic cooperation. 6. Humanitarian issues - “All-for-all” prisoner exchange, including civilians and children. - Humanitarian programs and family reunification. - Educational programs on tolerance. - Rejection of “Nazi ideology” (as stated in the document). 7. Energy and special facilities - Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant resumes operation under IAEA supervision; electricity split 50/50 between Ukraine and Russia. - The U.S. helps restore Ukraine’s gas infrastructure. 8. Internal political processes in Ukraine - Elections held 100 days after signing the agreement. - Full amnesty for all participants in the war. 9. Implementation and oversight - The agreement is legally binding. - Oversight carried out by a “Peace Council” chaired by Donald Trump. - Violations result in sanctions. - Immediate ceasefire and withdrawal to agreed positions after signing. As I said, this plan is stillborn.
