These are painfully true. Conservative men bitch constantly "I can't get laid/find a woman because all the women have gone all woke and aren't traditional and expect too much and blah blah blah poor me! So let's change the laws to force women to be the way I want them to be!" Pretty much every other man: "Huh. I do just fine with women by following this easy, one-step plan: don't be a loathsome toad." Dudes. The problem isn't with women. The problem is that y'all are the kind of guy that few women want to be with. And it's not because you're "too alpha," or "women don't appreciate a real man anymore." It's because you're fucking entitled loathsome toads. Don't be that, and your prospects will skyrocket right away.

Texas Football 2025 Fall Camp - Kicking the Sonofabitch In
Hermanator replied to closetojumping's topic in Football
A little surprised it was the receiver, and not OG, that didn't have himself ready for the heat and dehydration of practice 1. Especially the guy expected to be our top dog receiver this year. Get your shit together son. -
Just watched S1 of Tires. Pretty funny stuff. Will is an unfortunate looking person. And WTF with his hands?

Texas Recruiting Notes 2026: Boulevard of Broken Bagmen

Oh my sweet summer child... you mean "the rules"? Are you really thinking that there is some set of sacred "rules" that are driving this process. What are you, I, or anyone gonna do when they say fuck it and pass it anyway? We gonna sue and take it to SCOTUS? IS that the plan? Come on. The average Texan doesn't even know this is happening and even if they did, they are all for it. Guns, Gays and Genes (white). That is all that motivates the average TX voter. All we can hope for is some attention, maybe 0.8% of the dumb masses to fire 2 axons that say "dat don't seem right" and maybe vote in the mid terms. That is all they can accomplish.

Counterpoint: This isn't the old world anymore. 17 seems like a ton in Old Recruiting and would likely kill a coaching regime, but in how the portal has worked the last couple years, it's not quite that bad, imo -

corporation for public broadcasting shutting down

Oh for fucks sake. I will happily admit my percentages were off. It is really hard to get accurate data. Here is NBC news tracking of current migrants in ICE detention. https://www.nbcnews.com/data-graphics/us-immigration-tracker-follow-arrests-detentions-border-crossings-rcna189148 54% with either a criminal conviction or pending criminal charges. From the same article, they estimate there are 435,000 immigrants currently free in the US with criminal convictions. If you want to argue the stats, take it up with NBC. Good rant though. -
It's my theory that "salary cap hell" is nothing but jargon used by front offices to deflect from not wanting to make any moves i.e. Dallas every single year. You are absolutely right, any front officer worth a damn can manipulate the cap numbers. For one, the salary cap rises every single year. A $X amount hit this year isn't the same cap hit percentage wise even next year and all down the line. Eagles sign any player they want in free agency. They make trades. Able to pay all their guys they want. But we don't have a true front office with a real GM. Dallas refuses to utilize free agency except bargain hunting after all the good players are taken. When we make trades, we get the short end of the stick on both sides. Take the Rams for example, they went all in for 2021 season and it paid off. The goal is to win it all, and they did it. Only won a few playoff games since then (still more than Dallas lol) but who cares. Dallas has no idea how to balance their future and present day. Eagles are set up to win today and in the next 5 years.

He sure paints a nice picture of the blue states going about their business as a new nation while red states self immolate. If that’s how it goes down, let’s get going.

That's why they for dead-certain real need to go into actual hiding. And that starts with ditching all existing cell phones and devices. Get them burner phones. Start acting like you are the resistance to a gestapo police state. Because that's exactly what you are.

The chances are 100% that Trump will look to use federal agents (fbi, ice, us marshals) to deliver the Texas dems back to the Capitol. He will love to trigger the Dems to see their politicians in zip tie handcuffs and perhaps black bags over their heads. even if a court ultimately said that the feds exceeded their power, who cares if that ruling comes down after the fact.

Sark and the staff were comparatively behind other programs in recruiting/evaluating the 2022 class even though it was their first full class. Other programs had been on these players for at least a year. Plus, this was the best recruiting class ever at A&M, so the recruiting landscape was in tilt with dollars being thrown around by Jimbo. -
Discussion on whether Bethpage Black is a good venue for the match play format of Ryder Cup... I wonder if Ryder Cup officials might set up Bethpage easier than normal to encourage more birdies???

More sly pricing games to drastically increase prices without sticker shocking, like keeping the price the same but making it be per unit instead of per lb. Happy to hear from Chickensandwich why it's actually a good thing though
