IMHO if they were going to release a bogus list they would have done so already. It's clearly not that easy. This is what they should have done after the AG memo was sent out: https://www.thebulwark.com/p/trump-fumes-and-fumbles-epstein-scandal-israel-graded-on-curve

There's no chance that Blanche told her and her attorneys how to go about getting Ghislaine freed in their meetings last week, right?

i thought that the title would be click bait, and that the fan had probably said something over the line (maybe even racist?), but nope. you can clearly hear the official say, “the phoenix bench said that they were making fun of her for the situation on the court.” it’s kinda fascinating- for a league that self identifies as queer, black, and progressive, the entire league seems to embody the spirit of maga- the meanest, most petty, hateful people, yet they also are the most sensitive and thin skinned people on the planet. they’re either being awful or playing the victim, with very little in between. -

I honestly don’t care what any mocks or scouts are saying about Concepcion in regard to him having high draft pick potential. That guy is a possession WR with mediocre size and speed and he just had an inexplicably down year. Now he’s in Klein’s offense, which doesn’t exactly feature WR talent. He’s not elite in any way and there is no way his freshman season was good enough to merit leaving early being drafted early. It’s ridiculous. In fact, all of those guys you listed are somewhat absurd as early draft pick considerations with the exception of Singleton. Brown has hands of steel and is a return specialist. Branch is playing for Bobo after being a middling WR for great offensive mind. Anderson is coming back off of major injury. There will be emerging surprises, for sure, but those guys seem farfetched. If I had to pick a guy that could wind up shooting up the boards, it might be Noah Thomas. He’s got elite size and great hands and he’s not exactly slow. Georgia will showcase him. -

Texas was 74th in the country last year in 2nd half scoring (12.4). . #9 in fist half scoring (19.4) 11th in 1Q (8.1) 10th in 2Q (11.4) 65th in 3Q (5.8 pts) 75th in 4Q (6.7 pts) You could argue Texas had comfortable leads in the 4Q that depressed the number. 3Q was just shitty. -

The 13 games Ewers played the offense averaged a tad over 30 pts per game. The 3 of Arch (against MSU and 2 OOC cakes) were up around 45. I think we average substantially more than 30.5 pts per game this season. -
Perennial health, not directly related to fitness, thread

that guy is a tool and a blowhard. he rails on fasters, says workouts and calorie restrictions induce autophagy, well so does sleep (as i mentioned above along with exercise) and fasting, and to your point there is a basal rate of autophagy but given the onslaught of cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, chronic conditions, etc. it seems to me anything we can do to help our bodies heal and cope is a good thing. calorie restriction is great for autophagy, so is a sustained intermittent fasting (16/8 is a really common daily pattern there are some weekly patterns too), but some folks - like me - don't want to deal with IF on a daily or weekly basis, and I for sure don't like constant calorie restriction - fuck that noise completely, that's gotta be worse than Dante's 7th level - so the alternative I choose is the 3 day fast 3-4x per year. Intense, but short lived, in and out and then back to my regular attempts at a healthy lifestyle with exercise, sleep, diet, destress, relationships and cognitive health as my primary focus, making fasting a few times a year just an "extra on top" of an otherwise intentional plan to pursue wellness. And the published research is emerging but clear and promising that calorie restriction / intermittent fasting / sustained fasting (they are all calorie restrictions) are beneficial to a whole range of bodily functions just like resistance/weight training, HIIT, sprint interval training, zone 2 training with bumps up for extreme bursts, eating green leafies, lots of fruits, whole grains, avoid animal saturated fats, 10 minute walks, 7000 steps a day, etc., etc. But hey, don't forget to hit that like button to help this brother out. -

Dem Strategeries For Mass Cult Reprogramming

Wendy Davis literally ran a campaign for governor that mostly ignored daily life problems and almost exclusively focused on an abortion bill filibuster that ultimately failed. It wound up like the extension ND gave Charlie Weiss after his “signature loss” to USC. And that’s the Dems *best* social issue. Tell you what. Let’s you and me walk a block for 3 hours, anywhere in Texas with a Democrat% lower than 60%. We have a maximum of five minutes with each person. You can say anything you want, but the first thing you must tell them is why they should support trans rights. I’ll exclusively talk about the economy and nothing else. I bet I can collect more D votes, deal? -

Correct, Coleman at Auburn came to mind too. Some interesting roster cycles for sure. There are also some draft-eligible transfers like Singleton, Branch, Concepcion, Barion Brown and Nic Anderson who could play their way into high draft picks or put up a dud of a season. Feels like there is a lot of volatility with the skill guys this year. -
such a great song...just sets that whole mood.
