Trailers cost less to register in Oklahoma than I think any other state and they carry a IRP registration that applies to all the other states and Canada. Lots of Midwest/Texas/surrounding states carriers register there for that reason. At least that’s what I’ve been told by asset carriers over the years that operate in Texas. -
I think I can get used to a no background scorebug, but what about text over snow?

I opted for simple logic. -
My best friend was on the 16th hole when that occurred. Have alot of memorabilia from his time on the course. His oldest brother brought his three other brothers and father and paid for everything. Back in the day, I can’t count the number of times watching the Masters at their home. Back in the day when only the back nine was televised,

If forced to because of a lingering hamstring issue, yeah I would think so too. -

At this point, why would he even care? It's not like he can run again in----- oh shit. Also, his base is about to let the Epstein stuff blow over. Where they are not releasing the files because Trump is all over them. We're past shooting someone on 5th Ave.

I was about to write some snippy shit about how you get mail in TX, but you live in your sleeper. That made me curious. Do you get a room when you are parked for a few days, or are you indeed a sleeper dweller? -

Wisner I could but, but Baxter doesn't have a full season under his belt. I can't see the NFL investment in CJ unless he had a Heisman level season. However, we know it will be a RB committee given how Sark runs things.. so.. I think the odds if CJ going pro after this year are extremely thin. If he did, it means he did some wild shit on the field and I'm perfectly fine with it in that case. -
I know if I had to choose Scottie or the field next week, I'm taking Scottie, and I think the majority are with me. No idea who is pick for second.

There is more value in the Seaholm watch than just the movement.

Wait until they see him in the playoffs

Yep. I’d buy them to try and then they’d sit in the pantry bc they weren’t as good as Oreos

Where are you getting that info on air yards? Pro Football Reference? PFF tracks distance from the LOS. Behind the LOS, 1 to 9, 10 to 19, and 20+ are the categories. Over the 3 year period, QE was probably best relative to his peers behind the LOS. He was excellent in the 10-19 one year only. Injuries or whatever, he is a tough read with regards to consistency. It’s key for any QB but protection may be more important for him than many other QBs. The grading is relative to a standard. If he throws 5 passes right into defenders hands, but they dropped them that will only be an incompletion on the stat sheet but will result in a poor grade for that play. Completions to wide open guys on poorly placed balls can be great stat stuffers but not positive on a grading perspective. Check it down to an RB who houses it after causing 5 missed tackles will give the credit to the RB whereas they both get equal credit statistically. -
While the Brits were in town, we bought novelty Texas shaped nuggets. They’re gone. The nuggets are still here. We’re taking care of that.

The huge outlier is the pandemic. House prices almost doubled between 2019 to 2020-2021, in my market. Free government cheese, 3.5% interest rates, and reduced expenses of not showing up to your job every day artificially inflated the market. We are seeing a reckoning. My mother has been a realtor for over 50 years, and has still never seen anything like that time period. I'm thinking about building spec homes again. They will probably be on sub $20k lots, water available, aerobic septic, barndominium kits on slabs, and spec interiors. I can do this, in Granbury for under $200k with not much margin, but they will all be sold before I complete them. Not something I have to do, I can wait it out for the first movement of interest rates decreasing. But, to be honest, I'm bored, and young couples, around here, need a break. CHIEF -
