100% agree. American Christianity is a lazy, fat cat from lapping at the easy dish of cream. Christianity has always thrived when it was practiced in the margins in, dare I say, persecution. Americans (and yours truly) would be wise to heed Isaiah 1:22, "Your silver has become dross..."

You're right. I saw some YT short that said it was this year. I should know better than to trust some of shitty sources/AI crap. Still not sure my point changes much. Lindblad does not look ready for F1, and moving Hadjar seems like he'll join the long list of quality, promising drivers RB ruins/sets back about 5 years.

sometimes i have no idea how people manage to survive to adulthood without stabbing their eyes out while tying their shoes. -
Robert Redford (front row, center) with fellow members of the Kappa Sigma fraternity at the University of Colorado, c. 1955. Photo: UC-Boulder Alumni Association, Flickr Redford attended Van Nuys High School, where he was classmates with baseball pitcher Don Drysdale.[4][9] He described himself as having been a "bad" student, finding inspiration outside the classroom in art and sports.[4] He hit tennis balls with Pancho Gonzalez at the Los Angeles Tennis Club to help Gonzalez warm up for matches. Redford had a mild case of polio when he was 11.[10] After graduating from high school in 1954,[11] he attended the University of Colorado in Boulder for a year and a half,[4][12][13] where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity.[14] While there, he worked at a restaurant/bar called The Sink, where a painting of his likeness now figures prominently among the bar's murals.[15] While at Colorado, Redford began drinking heavily and, as a result, lost his half-scholarship and was kicked out of school.[12][13] He went on to travel in Europe, living in France, Spain, and Italy.[4] He later studied painting at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and took classes at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (Class of 1959) in New York City.[4][16]

Texas Football 2025 - Careening Towards the Abyss

We’d be in pretty good shape with a Shane Buechele at QB. That level of play. Probably not a NC team, but a playoff team. As opposed to 7-5 or whatever we are now without major improvements. -

So since the times has been fairly favorable to Trump compared to reality, this could be another lawsuit whose sole purpose is to launder a large amount of money given to Trump as a court settlement. Nice paper you got there. Be a shame if something happened to it.

I disagree. He knows he's racist and is happy being racist. He's just too much of a coward to openly admit it. -

Certain franchises are trash. ‘He couldn’t lead a bad team’. Maybe. But who’s gonna lead Dallas out if Jerry’s BS? And Cleveland and Carolina are run even worse if that’s possible… -

We don't have the athleticism and quickness in the interior line to run outside zone well (as evidenced by everyone on the ground). We don't have the raw strength at the point of attack to be a great gap blocking team. It's a total miss on recruiting and development. In his latest podcast, Scipio's take is that is forgivable, because O-line recruiting is hit or miss, but we should have at least turned to the portal for help to shore up the o-line, like we did for the d-line, as other teams like Auburn did. I don't keep up with portal recruiting so I can't comment on that. But the product we have on the field now looks like Charlie Strong-era olines. Just awful. -
This is a rehash of a John Derbyshire article from 2012, for which he was excoriated and fired from some writing gigs. A symbol of how far backward we have gone that a preacher feels like he can say it from the pulpit. Don’t want to give it the traffic, but Google “Derbyshire the Talk” if anyone cares to read about it.

What a mind-blowingly stupid thing to say. Just waltzing into the thread on a new sock and still exhibiting a 6 year old's understanding of Middle East geopolitics. Why should we care about Qatar, guys? They're only a major strategic and economic ally, and a major staging ground for all of our military operations in that region of the world. They're only host to the biggest fucking US military base in the Middle East that also just so happens to be the forward HQ of US CENTCOM, and host to thousands of our troops. Why tho?

Wasn’t a huge fan but damn good actor/director with some damn good movies. Always liked hearing stories of him and Newman prancing each other.

I feel like anyone who was moderately intelligent and genuinely cared about moving forward in this country with how we treat minorities could see how unabashedly shallow these giant companies were being in 2020. I'm not exactly buying Lockheed Martin's commitment to diversity because they changed their LinkedIn company profile to be rainbow during gay pride month. -
