Hey now, you forgot about opening up the floodgates of private development as long as there’s 20% inclusionary zoning, 100% union labor, rent control on all new development, thorough environmental review, thorough community review, just a little more community review…

Yeah, heard in an interview ones, its some sort of herbal cigarette with no tobacco or nicotine. Just finished my run through and loved the ending. What they did with Don reminds me of Walter White, you appreciate him and admire him, then begin to feel bad for him almost to the point of dislike, but by the end he redeems himself.

selling it for a friend. I know the new batteries and charger were at least that much. I doubt they'd take that.

All great but I would add the moment when crowd in Rick’s singing La Marseillaise, lets loose on “Aux armes, Citoyens! Armez vos battaillons!” Gives me chills and wet eyes every time! Fuckin Nazi assholes! Vive la France!

Seeing those pics of his wedding with his wife and three kids, which was like 10 days ago, is absolutely heartbreaking.

Reminds me of a semi-related situation. I grew up going to Caddo Lake on the weekends. There were always between 3-6 places to eat on the lake, with 2 of them being the gold standard (Big Pines Lodge and Shady Glade for those of you keeping score at home). Every few years, one of the others would burn to the ground. In October. Big Pines decided to get some insurance money a few years back but they did rebuild.

You can still apparently get a Street & Smith’s, because Steele has them in his forecast tracker/ranker thing that he does. Maybe it has to be ordered? I don’t know, haven’t seen one in a few years. -
Yeah I believe Jon Hamm confirmed this. He said some of his younger co-stars smoked the real things, and became sick during shooting.

Where are these schools getting the money to pay players because according the USA Today revenue only something like 30 schools made money and that was not anywhere near an extra 20.5 million. -

I meant the moral aspects of the death penalty. I absolutely think that it’s appropriate in this case and feel very good about it. Not sure why you’re so angry, but that’s not my problem I suppose. That’s too good for him imo. -
get back to work, old man! this regime needs your toil to pad their coffers. get to it!

If by “swinging for the fences” you mean proposing to spend a lot on relatively few deeply affordable housing while tying up actual solutions to the housing shortage for years with the activist flypaper of comprehensive planning, you are right.

Thorns: We ain't getting shit out here in NW Travis County. Just like last week, everything just seems to die within about two miles of my house. Roses: We have outdoor backyard poolside plans with friends and family tomorrow, and I know that there is about zero chance it'll get rained out. Come on, I DARE you Mother Nature. Rain out my plans. Do it. DO IT!

The new Duck and Dumplings place at Jones Maltsberger and Thousand Oaks is really good. We went to a new place up in Spring Branch for brunch recently. Desert Spoon is the name of it. Smaller menu but everything tasted fantastic. I had the Mexican Shakshuka and it was full of flavor. It is attached to the garden place there on 281, so it is a nice setting.

What did they cost in those days? Fiddy cent? Seventy-five! I know it was not a dollar!
