  1. Past hour
  2. Just got back. I really liked it. I liked Superman better but those two movies had different bars to clear. It's just nice to get a good FF story finally. The retro future stuff was great. I hope if they shitcan all the worlds into one, they go with 828 so they can keep the retro future look. This reminded me a lot of Captain America: The First Avenger. It was a good introduction to the group. I do feel like it was maybe a touch too short since there appears to be quite a lot from the trailers that's not in the movie at all. I loved the nods to Latveria being absent at the world functions. My only concern is if we are or are not out of the MCU doldrums is I don't like that Doomsday is shooting without a finished script. That seems like a big problem if the Russos are filming as their writing. That doesn't speak to a well planned out set of Avengers movies. I chuckled when Fiege recently said he had always considered getting rid of Kang even before Jonathan Majors had his legal problems. Yes, that's why there was an arena full of Kangs at the end of Quantamania. And as far as the Thunderbolts final stinger, so the FF are going to travel to a different point in Earth 616's future?
  3. While I'm 100% Luv Ya Blue, I am 100% against riding with the Bum outcomes for this team. But, yeah, kick the sumbitch in.
  4. He probably played 9 and everyone else played 18. So ridiculous that for his first name it says “President.”
  5. you’re from missouri?
  6. honestly that’s pretty cool that he’s staying, and for less money, too. he loves sark and this university.
  7. That is exactly the same thought I had. There are some interesting perspectives but the overall approach is going to fail miserably.
  8. the bigger of 2 i saw on a one mile loop hike with my little kids at guadalupe mountains NP this week
  9. Pay walled. Give us the deets
  10. Anyone ever catch the AAPW matches in Austin? They’re a blast, tickets are cheap, and it’s BYOB.
  11. Wide Receivers coach? The same "jaw-dropping" phrase as used for the Ohio State guy? Sure, that may seem a bit sketchy, but the rest of the post rang true to my ears: Really cool of Flood to not leave our struggling backwater of a program in Podunk, TX for that big powerhouse. Plus, the rivalry means everything.
  12. All their symbols at the bottom of that graphic. What’s the last one?
  13. That means someone shot a 68. That's his thing... he finds the low score and then makes his lower.
  14. WOW - Radar Love was my HS jam, nothing better than getting in the car and putting that 8 track in.
  15. Sir, I will not stand for antisemanticism.
  16. Yeah, not a fan of Morikawa playing Ryder Cup unless he finds his game in next couple weeks. Yeah the US team right now after top 7 and Keegan seems to be in a freefall except for Gotterup... and BDC is so erractic
  17. BillyGoatHill

    Ichiro

    Loved watching him play...🇯🇵🇺🇸
  18. So ou, Jordan brand, stylized dna for their catch line, but I haven’t seen the 212 degrees thing before. Are they boiling?
  19. I don’t have any insight but I know who would. Gerry can tell anyone who asks what he’s heard on future scheduling philosophy. He talks to the Texas staff daily. Bobby can tell us if CDC is hearing it from people about the shitty noncon games at home. I could ask someone with direct access and who is likely decidedly irritated by the home schedule, but that would be cashing in a chip better used for something during the season, I think.
  20. Thanks. We did a lot of driving and hit up some very cool coastal towns. Bar Harbor and Acadia, Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Cape Neddick, Damariscotta, Wiscasset, Bath, Brunswick, Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit. My wife loves bookstores and Maine has a lot of them. We also did a sailing excursion in Camden during the Camden Cup Classic (regatta). There wasn’t any wind that day so the regatta was eventually called off. But we enjoyed “sailing” down to Rockport and back.
  21. This team will average more pts per game than last season
  22. Yesterday
  23. I kinda felt like the 2nd part was a bit rushed on the first viewing. Christie having to point out to him how his manager was screwing him was something. He's basically been his own cover band for the past 30 years. People want the hits & he can still deliver 'em. He doesn't need to write anything new, I suppose. I'm a little disappointed they didn't spend any time on his boating line or custom motorcycle shop. I enjoy seeing the other creative outlets of artists & their other passions.
