  1. Past hour
  2. I’m going to watch every Nate start to the end of year. He’s a thing.
  3. Kudus plays as a 10 for Ghana, so this move might be Savinho to RW, Kudus to 10 to cover for Madders and Kulu both being out. Also, the rumor mill continues
  4. Not sure what to expect from Javier tonight. Hope to be pleasantly surprised.
  5. Not sure it's going to be standing, but in any event, this is a lousy vehicle for testing the constitutionality of anything. Recall that she was sued in her official capacity for failure to do her legal duty, that is, issue marriage license to a same-sex couple. She was ordered to do it, failed to do it, was found in contempt, spent a few days in jail, and was fined $100k. Attorneys fees of $260k were awarded at the end as can happen in a civil rights civil suit. It's a very collateral attack on Obergefell. Not sure even this SCOTUS will take it up.
  6. I didn't read it like that and a lot of people including myself are disappointed we aren't doing Columbus. It was going to be sick, but it all fell apart because of vendor greed and insane guarantees they wanted.
  7. Yesterday
  8. There will no longer be inflation. Orders from above.
  9. If you want to start your own tailgate, you have my blessing.
  10. Great tribute video
  11. Is the primary plot device thirst?
  12. I don't know that there is a standard and it's done in many ways. Many screenplays have multiple writers. If it is going to be made by a studio it will abide by writer's guild standards and they have a process through which they determine what credit a particular writer gets.
  13. Somebody sure missed something. This movie was a sort of Hollywood liberal revisionist fever dream-and I’m a capital “L” liberal myself. I worked the Covid pandemic in a small Texas town (as a health care provider), and this was nowhere near reality. “Suspension of disbelief” doesn’t even come close. I’ve watched several thousand movies (and still watch a couple hundred per year); this one goes directly to the trash heap. Can you tell I didn’t care for it? You want a revisionist western? Go watch “The Wild Bunch” or “Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia” or even “The Searchers.” OTOH, it’s hard to believe that a filmmaker could make TorC NM look even more miserable than it is, but this guy came pretty close!

  15. Dude, you’ve been around a long time. That being said, what in the actual fuck? Quit quoting that fucking goon and put him on ignore like the rest of us
  16. Dave Allen. Solid guy, keeps it simple. He helps some ex UT players as well. He helped me meet Dan Neil so we could get his kid something. He’s in North Austin.
  17. some fuck named EJ Antoni is the new Commissioner of Bureau of Labor Statistics
  18. The home of the band that does the same routine every game forever is trying to shit talk the Ohio State band of all fucking bands as boring?
  19. Nope. I just thought I'd review the video and in this day and age there's no way this doesn't get called. Not saying this isn't the worst angle but rather than take a poster's word for something I'd prefer to see it for myself. Just rewatched it: he led with this helmet after Pavia had released the ball.
  20. I’m tearing up watching Bregman’s welcome back video. He is one of my favorite players to ever wear a Houston uniform.
  21. So Nagy gave a 5 star rating to kreul, to be kind?
  22. Lulz "He cooked em!"
  23. Fuck outta here, pronghorn! You've got a grainy unsourced screenshot that validates your biases? That never happens!
  24. Keep hammering the Epstein stuff in the loudest, most basic and aggressive manner possible, all over tik tok, etc…. Constantly.
  25. I am channeling 2006. We remember what happened in 2005. Vince Young, the national championship! 2024, Ohio State wins the national championship. 2006, Ohio State comes to Austin ranked No. 1 to play the defending national champion Longhorns. Texas in the Coaches Poll was ranked No. 2. It was the earliest ever meeting between No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams. 2025, Texas will be going to Columbus ranked No. 1 to play the defending national champion Couch Burners. Ohio State is either No. 2 or 3 depending on the poll. 2006, Ohio State wins in Austin 24 - 7, which springboards them to an undefeated season and a place in the national championship game against Florida. Where they are prison raped by Florida 41 - 14. 2025, Texas wins in Columbus ...? The Circle of Life gentlemen.
