During Super Bowl weekend last week in Atlanta.

With players and coaching preparing for the big game inside Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta, there was another group of folks also preparing for the biggest night of their lives.

The city, known as the strip club capital of the world, played host to Super Bowl LIII and wasn’t letting the opportunity of the influx of millions of dollars pass them by.

The biggest strip club party came at the famous ‘Gold Room’ where Compound put on what was called the “Stripper Bowl.”

This wasn’t just any ordinary night at a strip club. A Brinks truck was brought in with millions of dollars and by the end of the night, the club’s floor was no longer visible, covered in a thick layer of cash. Some people there even described it being difficult to walk through.

Quality Control CEO Pierre “Pee” Williams was one of the most generous ballers in the room. The Atlanta businessman threw $500,000 in cash at the dancers. But he wasn’t the only one throwing dollars.

Quavo and Offset dropped $35,000 each on the floor Monday night.

In all, the strippers made $3,000,000 that night. And the girls got to split the money evenly – 25 ways for 25 dancers. If you do the math, that means that each dancer made $125,000 that night.

The videos and images from the party are insane.

I need to learn to rap.

Is there a trade school for it?  University of Pheonix courses?

I don't understand the economics of local / regional rappers. Do they really make that much money? Seemed like back in they day, a good regional band could barely make ends meet. With all the digital / free platforms, I don't understand how any of these guys can make so much as to blow $3M at a strip club over a weekend. What link am I missing?

So a local/regional rapper owns the house next door and stays there occasionally.  His cash flow seems pretty insane.  I've lost count of his car collection but it's gotta be pushing 7 figures (total value).  However, I don't see him blowing that kind of money at a strip club.  Cool cat (yes I'm old). Think he got degree from uh in business.

Anyway, yes I'm sure crazy rappers you've never heard of have half million sitting in their checking account and they'll be broke as soon as their next record flops.

Fascinating ... I have a Mac, and tomorrow I'm shopping for an auto-tune on eBay. MC Greek Yogurt.

$3,000,000/25 = $120,000 not $125,000 as the article states. It seems that simple math and basic grammar are skills that are beyond most Americans.

uh, for a man who should know better you should know better.

each stripper pocketed $5k BEFORE they started counting.... come one man, you learned that lesson when you got married.
