But he's already said that he can't.   So you won't get an answer to that question.

He hasn't said he can't specifically to that question.

The primary issue is that the Dems are pussies and they want him to give a judge/jury answer of "guilty" instead of a prosecutor answer of "would indict."

Raskin walked Mueller through evidence and elements of witness tampering. So we’ve got more than just obstruction of justice on the record today

Raskin is a smart guy.  I worked on a case with him years ago for Perot.

Thanks for the updates. Has anyone asked:

Mr. Muller, was your investigation a witch hunt?

Are you a Democrat?

Was your staff comprised of 17 angry Democrats?

Did your report declare that there was no obstruction of justice?

Did your report exonerate the president?

Would it be fair to say that anyone making these claims is lying?

Would you consider such a person doing so a liar?

If these lies were told by a person with high level executive power, might that prejudice the reception of a criminal investigation?

Could such acts, if proved, be viewed as obstructing justice?

Lastly, in your view, is there a call of duty to your country that can exceed the duty to follow the letter of the law? For instance, if there were an existential threat to the values and institutions that you have defended on the battlefield and the court room, might you see a reason to throw off the constraints of legal propriety and just say it like it is?

This may be moment to do so, Mr. Mueller. The legislative body of this country shies from their responsibilities-they are cowed by party on the one hand or fearful of losing votes on the other. Not enough people will stand up and call a spade a spade. I personally would honor any person who did so.

Thank you, sir, for your service to this country.

He’s simply not trying to fill the role of fact finder. The report laid out the elements of the crime and the evidence. Mueller then confirmed he did not indict because of the OLC opinion. What more do you want from him?

He wants Mueller to say both sides are equally criminal and that Trump is no different than every Dem that came before him.
