Because of the solid OL.

But in all honesty, I feel like Houston was really close to taking that next step and I have no idea what happened. I don't think the Rams are anything special

Rams have a legit offensive coordinator and system and excellent QB with weapons.

Texans have a rookie LT and a bunch of other scrubs on the OL and a shitty coordinator

They are us, and winning on the road in the NFL against a similar talented team is very difficult. But the biggest reason is that our GM has done jack and shit to improve the OL.

Fucking a.

I swear i gave up on the Texans a long time ago. 9 points lmao. Next week they’ll score 38 and everyone here will think we’re winning the Super Bowl until  the following week we score 6. The football gods just don’t like Houston.

He’s 100% on the money on Pitre in coverage.

He got torn up all game on Puca. The only chance we had in this game was if we had actually concussed him.

The cool thing about being a fan of the Longhorns and Texans is that you're gonna get about 30 penalties every weekend, so you've got that going for you, which is nice.

And yet we held them to 14 points.

We lost because of our boring ass vanilla offense. That's becoming a Demeco Ryans trademark.

Every time Pitre positives come up, it’s always, always off the field intangibles. Smart kid. He’s elevated himself from career ST specialist to NFL starter by having a good attitude, being loyal, and attempting leadership. McLain constantly talking him up is a tremendous red flag.

Any team worth their salt in self scouting wouldn’t have resigned Pitre. He’s just so limited on the field.
