If Barack Obama had pulled this PR stunt, the right would be losing its mind. That's not really a secret but it is a window into the hypocrisy of the conservative echo chamber.

We can do this all day long, but the important part is that if Obama pulled this, a large number of D's also would have blasted this. That's how stupid it is. It's beyond the team and the pompom waving.

This goes hand in hand with the right conveniently forgetting that Barack Obama got roasted for his immigration policies from the left.

Human rights have never played an important role in our foreign policy. We supported fucking Pol Pot when we believed it was in our interest to do so.

The Jews formerly in German concentration camps might disagree somewhat with that statement.

It’s a damn good thing trump wasn’t president back then. We’d have opened up some more camps of our own.

We didn’t go to war with Germany because of the camps. We went to war over an oil embargo.

Look we get it that it’s your job to come in here and post crap about America. We all have a job to do.

But if that’s what you’re gonna do can you at least try to make it somewhat correct and/or at least interesting? Your troll game is boring as shit, worse than Chrispy actually. At least he has a faux persona where he flies planes, often has sick kids and chats with his right wing neighbors over the fence post in the woodlands.

When you tell a troll that his troll game is boring, you still got trolled.

A faux persona? I would assume everyone in the woodlands is a Nazi unless proven otherwise.

Nah. I enjoy engaging with the trolls sometimes. I rarely engage with this one though because his takes are so dumb it’s usually not even worth it.

Oh, bullshit.

You dispute that the US oil embargo, along with other sanctions, was the reason the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor?  Maybe they just hated us for our freedom.

I love how you changed your argument.

1) We didn’t go to war with Germany because of the camps. We went to war over an oil embargo.

2) You dispute that the US oil embargo, along with other sanctions, was the reason the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor?

This is fucking insane.

Nah, every accusation is a confession with the GOP.  When you understand that, it all makes sense.

GOP of 1990s: "Bill Clinton is a serial adulterer and possible rapist!"

GOP of 2016: Elects Donald Trump, a known serial adulterer and accused rapist

GOP of 1990s: "Bill and Hillary are using the White House to enrich themselves and their friends and they are bringing in dirty foreign money!"

GOP of 2016: It's totally cool if the taxpayers pay for Donald Trump to play at his own golf courses, if Trump takes in money from his hotels being used by brown foreigners, and if Ivanka seems to be getting some goodies from China!"

And when the next Dem President does something like this he will again be apoplectic and rant for days, and the right will never acknowledge the hypocrisy.

The US engaged in economic warfare intended to shatter the Japanese economy.   The Roodesevelt knew the economic war would likely result in a shooting war with Japan, an outcome that they preferred.

Meanwhile, evidence has come out that Roosevelt and Hull persistently refused to negotiate. . . . Japan . . . offered compromises and concessions, which the United States countered with increasing demands. . . . It was after learning of Japan's decision to go to war with the United States if the talks "break down" that Roosevelt decided to break them off. . . . According to Attorney General Francis Biddle, Roosevelt said he hoped for an "incident" in the Pacific to bring the United States into the European war.

lol war with Germany was clearly a fait accompli following the attack at Pearl Harbor.  Do you seriously think it would be possible for the US and Germany to remain neutral with US engaged in total war with Japan?

Roger Ailes sucks. He's a piece of shit. Just remember you're not watching a documentary. Some of what you see may be embellished for dramatic effect.

Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan provide clear cut examples of why isolationist policies don’t always work. I’m now convinced we should wage war against North Korea based on these examples. Thank you, troll.

It would be awesome if they would stop using words like adversary when describing other countrymen who have differing opinions on...well anything really.

i prefer adversary and opposition (the word they should be using) over "enemy", "crooked" or "angry" bullshit that trump spews.

Greg's just being modest and self-effacing. I thought Fox's coverage of Obama was very fair and balanced. - Memaw and Pepaw
