What’s the conspiracy theory behind the texts? Y'all think they're fake so that means…

My parents bought a matching set of quartz Tudor watches back in the mid 90s. They wore them for a bit, but decided they were too nice for everyday wear, so they got Seikos that look like Datejusts. They never wore their Tudors again. Other than Chrono24, are there other sites where I can list them? I don't expect to get much, but something is better than nothing with them sitting around collecting dust.

Yeah that was something I learned from a guy that rented furniture in Killeen, that was a friend of my BIL. I could have inherited a house in Perdido Key, Fla years ago, but it was way too far away from Austin to consider keeping and managing. My cousin lives in it today. I am going to need an officer in all likelihood. As I want to get about $3500 a month as it's a 4 bed 2.5 bath house with a view. THANKS to both of you for bringing up the military. The fact that Fort Hood borders half of Lake Belton means only nature by the lake. With the exception of the big water intake where you sometimes see then guys practice repelling. Here is a decent pic of the view. It's too steep for water access. I need to do a panorama. But I like the undeveloped aspects of the lake. -

Why are baseball recruits rankings not announced when their commitment is made? When football happens it’s always, “the 10th player in the state of California and 45th overall…..”, baseball it’s usually just “one of the top” which is very broad. Is that because there’s not a website that’s that well known or reliable or is it just that specific twitter account isnt using rankings? I swear I’ve seen commitments from other accounts too and they seem to rarely have rankings.

energy transfer on impact is a WHOLE field of ballistics, and why there's hollowpoint and softpoint bullets - in contrast to FMJ. Hollow/soft points will hit and expand, and have a larger crosssection that allows more energy to be transferred while the projectile is passing through. FMJ's tend to stay in one shape and pass through - which is specifically why the military chose 5.56. It tumbles on impact and dumps energy that way, and doesn't violate the geneva convention. A fast-moving FMJ can pass straight through if there's not enough mass in its way - rifle overpenetration was a well-documented phenomina during WWII where Marines would need more shots than expected to put down a charging enemy. And those marines were shooting 30-06 out of a Mauser action rifle too

The dumbest part of the entire Fox News apparatus is how they have somehow convinced people that the most outrageous and unbelievable things are happening in other places in this country. “Everywhere besides your living room is an absolute hell hole and full of violent criminals.” Yeah, that makes sense.

I got to choose one of the songs for my father's funeral. It was a real tear jerker sitting next to my teen and younger sons.

That's fair. My realization that these kids live in a world I'm not familiar with at all has made me more hesitant. Hopefully we get more clarity soon. -

It's so easy to know, in this day and age and with technology, if things were doctored. It's like @aggie08said, you can't just delete a text and then there is no evidence of it. Metadata exists. backend systems exist. databases exist. archival systems with pedobytes of data exist. Maybe Kash just pulled up adobe and invented this and then put his name on it, but I highly doubt it. -
@Sbbruin not sure how you can handle this shit man. I’d rather stab myself in the eyes with my own dick that I’ve torn off, shellacked, and turned into a letter opener.
