It’s injecting Nazi and fascist discourse into the popular consciousness as something to debate as opposed to something that isn’t worth considering. It shouldn’t be watched and people like Hasan shouldn’t take part. -

human nature requires the existence of an "out group", an "other" to vilify this latest rash of aggy/dawg genital ulcers is a feature not a bug (TM brisket) aggy pioneered anus rash in football in the 19th century aggy and smu destroyed the swc, but we took the high road, and now 30 years later are somehow blamed by aggy for the demise - and we say nothing everyone not named corn voted against osborne's partials, but we were vilified while the rest of the league voted with us yet sat silently while we took the fall and still took the high road i could keep going with the rest of the history from the past 25 years but it's not germane to the point (which has nothing to do with the germans)..... we are BIG EVIL TEXAS no matter what we do, don't do, say, or don't say we are the 'out group' - we are the 'other' we've spent the better part of my lifetime taking care of others' interests with equal devotion to our own it's time to live up to the hate and act in our best interests - embrace the hate use the fully-armed and operational battle station destroy the schedule win in athens and on 28 november the target is 78 points for, 0 against fuck 'em all -

That's because Gordo didn't write it, no one on the show played bass guitars, and Jerry Reed nor Joyce Dewitt were guest stars. -

I bet the widow is being courted by a bunch of dentally challenged guys in Adidas sweatpants looking to get their hands on that sweet, sweet potato sack windfall. -

Pork can get an abscess, rarely. That smell will not dissipate though. I don’t remember sensing a strong smell from opening a package of fresh pork. I’d proceed with caution.

Thanks for this. It's been posted before but I'd totally forgotten about it. It's absolute perfection for the past few pages of this thread. -

I would take any day in the tropic or sub tropic temperature range over the heat and humidity of the southern US this time of year. We spent summers in south Florida for years and it was hot, but it was more manageable than TN is this week. We would just head in or to the pool during the mid day, mornings and evenings were perfect for being outside. It doesn’t really cool down at night, but that was still manageable. If you’re trying to escape the heat right now, you’re out of luck most places. We’re in Denver for Mumford and Sons this week and it has been right at 90 the last three days.

Flooding the zone. That's all Trump is doing. Say stupid outlandish shit that the idiots in the media will immediate seize on. Force Obama to respond. That then becomes the story. Trump does not think that far ahead because he can't ever stay on message.

Senior Citizen Issues - Assisting Your Parents
Storm the Field replied to ROFL BOX's topic in Can You Help Me With This?
Gotta get off my chest: Just heard from my Dad that my Mom's 93 year-old mother passed earlier today. She was in a nursing home for the past 12 years or so, with the last 5+ years of that in a state of almost complete mental and physical incapacitation. I'm of course sad for my Mom, but relieved more than anything that it's finally over. My Mom, her siblings, and my Dad have been driving up to the nursing home constantly and dealing with god knows how many medical emergencies for over a decade. I have to imagine there were at least 2 dozen times over the past decade they were thinking she was not gonna make it. My parents are in their 70's now, been retired for a long time, and I know they expected to be able to sell their house and move away a long time before now. -
This is a dress rehearsal. Congress won't be meeting as much or doing as much in the coming years. Because they are irrelevant. We are governed, totally and completely, by a single despot. He doesn't need Congress, or legislation. They might as well pack up their tents and go home. I'm sure they'll still come to DC, to grandstand for cameras and such, but their role as one of the three co-equal branches of government is just about done. We have an absolute monarch now. Who is completely fucking malevolent and insane.

Which is another reason why the idea that post season play with a multi-team playoff system is flawed when you are using rankings and unbalanced conference schedules. How in the world do you accurately rank that team going into a season and those early season rankings can dramatically impact the end of year rankings.
