Definitely worth posting. You sure showed him. Maybe he'll read this thread, realize it's him, and feel bad...

Eating an entire Bloomin Onion on the drive home is no small feat. My last encountered was probably 20 years ago, but I'm pretty sure we had about 6 people picking at it and there was plenty left over.

Joesph isn’t that great of a corners coach but he’s a good safety coach. I think it’s an upgrade there. -
An increase in the valuation of an asset doesn’t mean you have funds to pay people. Example: I buy a painting from an unknown artist for 1,000 at an estate sale. I take the painting to an appraiser five years later and it turns out it’s an old master’s long lost worth and values it at 3 million. I have a 3 million dollar asset but that in no way means I have cash on hand to live large unless I take it to auction or use it as collateral for a loan. I read that the owners of the Liberty basically bought it at a fire sale as a distressed asset. It’s now a valuable asset but that doesn’t mean it’s turning a profit that can actually be used. Expansion payments are not income to a franchise, they are intended to off-set a dilution in future revenue sharing.

Who else would have a first-hand account? Israeli soldiers, Hamas, and Palestinians. All could be accused of having prejudices. I thought you blocked me? Feel free to do it again.

This is a very complicated case, Kev. A lot of ins, a lot of outs, a lot of what-have-yous.
