  1. Past hour
  2. i hope you do realize that your chance of buying something from an authorized dealer prior to Christmas is about zero.
  3. Anyone done a golf trip to Kohler in Wisconsin or Big Cedar Lodge in Missou? Looking at maybe booking one of these in 2026.
  4. They feel like they want more vodka to numb the despair inherent in living as a Russian in Russia. That's it. It's the sum total of "existing in Russia." It's an evergreen principle as well.
  5. Yeah, she's been doxxed. Not sure if she's faced employment or other consequences. She is obviously BSC. I wonder if the boyfriend knew what she was capable of, or if it was a relatively new relationship and he got sucked into her crazy. By the way, she sure looks like wheelhouse for at least a segment of surly.
  6. November 19….
  7. I don't give a fuck what the "law" says in this situation. That's murder. Guy who got killed was a dumbass, but that doesn't mean he should die. I'm not opposed to defending yourself or your home and property, but what happened to us that we find it ok to shoot an unarmed man in a situation were we could have just driven away? Fuck that.
  8. update Woman in viral video seen attacking SF restaurant staff arrested for public intoxication
  9. We are basically staring our second string defense against Michigan in the bowl game. On one hand that will be good for 26 so we can get clarity on who is likely to be the most ready but on the other hand the bowl game might not be that fun to watch when our defense is on the field.
  10. Also, I caught the worst flu of my life at Chicas Bonitas true story.
  11. Yeah, it's honestly great. If I didn't already have a foundation in theory, and I needed an instructor to really direct a lesson, it might not be as usable. Meaning, an utter beginner might not be able to call bullshit and/or find it as useful. But with at least a working knowledge of theory and the ability to test its answers at a piano and validate with my ears, I can call bullshit and question the answer if it seems/sounds incongruent. I think the big thing AI products are missing right now are domain specific interfaces. You just have the empty chat entry. It's too open-ended and abstract and people have to use their creativity in figuring out how to use it. If instead an app had been built to give a musician-specific interface into ChatGPT being a music theory tutor at learnmusictheory.com, it would get a lot more use in this regard. Like an onscreen keyboard to "play" with a mouse to exercise what is being discussed, maybe midi integration to check what notes you played on a synth and give feedback, maybe a Spotify integration to pull up a song at a specific point that illustrates a point of theory, maybe some "learning paths" within theory as starting points to seed the AI discussion for the complete neophyte. Domain specificity with prescriptive workflows. Most people won't even think of ways it can help them because they just see a chat bar. That abstraction is also part of why it's scary. "Here's Hal 9000, he can help you in every way, will learn from you as it does and may make you so efficient that the workforce doesn't need that many of you." That's a lot more unsettling than, "Here's eMozart, he's going to help you learn music theory."
  12. the miracle beamer collapse was THE WORK OF THE DEVIL ( /homer stokes) aggy walked in to the dkr house fluffed and enchubbened convinced they were going to surpass their 1985 win (42-10 at pyle, 32 point win most ever for aggy) aggy were convinced more than ever that wormsign the likes of which NOT EVEN GOD HAS EVER SEEN was UnLeAsHiNg tHe sLeEpINg GiANt now, you can feel the doubt and uncertainty slithering up and down the brazos and drifting across the state
  13. FAFO. Castle Doctrine. Cop's gonna walk.
  14. To be clear. We have "completely surrounded" a nation that.....occupies the northern flank of a large continent. They have apparently recently taken some "land" from us. I admit that my knowledge of geography isn't flawless, but I can't find any map showing any "disputed territory" or "occupied by Venezuela, claimed by US" notations on it. Perhaps someone has better maps than I've seen. Maybe drawn with a sharpie? I'm trying to understand what "oil" they took from us that belonged to us? Are we talking about the nationalization in...1976? I mean, fuck, Mexico nationalized its oil in 1938. Guess we need to set aside some of our armada to handle that shit as well. And what "assets" of the United States of America has Venezuela taken? Did they snag some Trumpcoin or something? And most importantly, over the past 11 months....what has changed to provoke this? I mean, we know, of course. Epstein files and failing/flailing Trump admin has changed. But this is just fucking amazing. Just utterly made up fantastical, physically impossible (stole our land!) bullshit used to justify a fucking WAR. If you support this shit, you are a genuine piece of shit.
  15. I didnt realize the Heritage bottle was desirable. Saw it at Village Liquor on Gessner yesterday for MSRP. Already ordered one from TW this morning and probably will go back and buy another.
  16. Not in a "stand your ground" state.
  17. I'll give Elko his due credit for sure. He and his staff definitely had their team ready to play this year and got the players they needed through the portal to help out Reed unlike Sark who did the exact opposite. But our win over them kind of made some aggy unsure of themselves going into this game, having it at Kyle not withstanding. Some of them knew like OU, they got the benefit of playing a schedule that on paper looked stronger at the beginning of the year vs where it ended.
  18. Mosley is a baller. Hope he stays healthy.
  19. See what you get, soccer fan? You give him a peace prize, he gives you War on Vuvuzela.
  20. You have to wonder if most are behind the war, because most Russians would assume whatever answer they give is recorded by the state to their possible detriment. But just like Newsmax or Fox, there are lots of people who simply believe whatever state run television tells them. There will always be a hard-core group who believes every lie that comes out out of the Kremlin. But I’m sure there are a ton of people who simply don’t want to be arrested or have their meager employment opportunities forever ruined with the wrong poll answer. We get to boo and yell at our representatives in Townhall meetings. That gets you a jail cell in Russia. I have no earthly idea how you can get a sense with the Russian public truly feels.
  21. oh yeah, agree on WWI. Now? I mean one can argue we are in the same situation worldwide and just about anything can trigger it. There is hubris abound from anyone and everyone in power from here to China to Russia. My plan is to make it to Friday. From there I will make my next move.
