  1. Past hour
  2. You have to be very careful with your block on the D ball to the OPP, because a lot of them love to tool the block. I think we let her have free swings on those and focused on digging it instead of giving her those juicy hands to target
  3. I have a MAGA uncle who is on 100% disability due to being fat during Desert Storm when he was stationed in Saudi Arabia as a MP and hurting his knees. He continually sends letters to my place of employment (bank that he doesn't have an account with) addressed to our CEO because one of our locations has a flagpole that doesn't have a flag on it. I guess he just drives around all day looking for flag code violations and other things to be mad about.
  4. Well this whole thing is just who knows who, then over here you have favoritism.
  5. W. T. F. am I seeing here? Gives me vibes of this:
  6. There was no one higher that Miller that was coming. Oats wasn’t leaving Alabama. TJ wasn’t leaving Iowa State. I’m not sure who you realistically thought we were getting. Miller has a huge upside. It was game 6 of his 1st year here.
  7. Say, that reminds me . . .
  8. as a six year old, the only video game along with tetris that i played and became zombie-like addicted to.
  9. They've actually come down quite a bit from their peak a year ago. A 5070TI is like $600, down from $950ish, and you can get a 5060 for $250ish and be set for 1080p gaming
  10. Well for one thing he has a higher career winning percentage than Chris Beard in and out of conference. He’s also been to 4 elite eights and 4 sweet sixteens. The same number as Rick Barnes in 19 fewer years of coaching. In short, he’s as good as any coach we’ve ever had at Texas in terms of accomplishments. We weren’t getting a more accomplished coach. Let the man do his thing.
  11. So that was the strategy? I guess it makes sense because I was wondering why she had so many open swings. I assume they do both, set up the block and then pull it at times to fool the high hands tool. I guess it worked overall, but Lendicky didn't hit many out, thought she put it to the floor pretty consistently when she had open looks as opposed to the last set where she got blocked a few times. Personally I prefer a strong block. We have the size to be effective. Did we make more of an effort to shade the pins with the block? Thought i heard something about that from one of the commentators. From my perspective, they need to get the timing better, which they have done the last 2 matches. I'm sure their alignment plays a big part in getting that done. But, there are plenty of times when I see, especially the middles, winding up to jump and just getting off the ground as the ball is flying by from the opposing hitter. Their late. Which is to be expected to a certain degree against good teams that play fast. It would be nice to see them get off the ground quicker with their hands already up, instead of the swing block theatrics. jmo
  12. I feel like we’re all in a car being driven by a Rottweiler. The road is straight and so far we’re all still alive, somehow. But at some point soon there will be a 90 degree turn, and the car is going to flip over and explode.
  13. There is plenty of blame to go around as to why we have sucked over the years (he didn't hire himself), but he was a cocksucker of the highest order and couldn't coach for shit. Ran off so many players that we played under the 85 scholarship limit until Spavital's 2nd year.
  14. No kidding. My personal seals are beginning to fail, so I have to get up 2 or 3 times every night to go piss.
  15. The need to bring back Slocum on a mobile
  16. My oldest son had a graphics card fail. Those are not cheap as fuck.
  17. Put some clothes on that kid. This is Disney World, not a Six Flags.
  18. Beware - the FFR will be ready!
  19. Yes, Jigglers, you’d think Gramps would like that kind of thing.
  20. That isn't the bigger question. That franchise is a series of various questions. And the answer to all of the questions is the same answer. They are the Cleveland Browns.
  21. Who would have been your choice? I'll hang up and listen.
  22. I'm considering the Blink camera due to the simplicity of a battery operated camera and a relatively small monthly subscription cost. $4 for 1 camera, $11 for unlimited. Cameras are not free. I don't have a security issue but I imagine that I will mainly see cats, raccoons or possums walking around at night.
