Spikes Car Radio has me into Sheffield watches right now. Picked up an A1 Driver a month ago for summer pool time. Now I’m leaning towards picking up the new Rally. Just not sure it will take much wrist time away from my El Primero which is my daily.

They’re going to do some releases later in the year with a Swiss movement.

Anyone else like this brand? The affordability makes them dangerous.

Really digging the look of the Baltic Aquascaphe. Don't think I'll get it though... I'm going to save up for a Black Bay.

I think that's the right choice. Textured dials are in vogue right now, but they feel like a fad that will eventually look outdated down the road.

my son is graduating from highschool this academic year (next May) and I'd like to get him an affordable but nicer watch.

He has 4 watches now, two old school digital he likes (funny when we were growing up they weren't old school, they was modern marvels). he also has two traditional style both fossil (i wouldn't have gotten two of the same brand but whateves).  I ain't buying him a digital.

What's your guys fav watches at say sub $750?

The Seiko SPB143 is just above that price range.  It can be found for around $900 sometimes.  Another Submariner clone, but I like it.  It's a throwback to their 1965 dive watch.  I dig the satin sheen dial.

Have a Seiko solar unit that stem is not working properly and was quoted $260 for repair which is probably over double what the watch is worth anybody no somewhere to try to get it fixed reasonably in Houston area.

That’s $575 at Macy’s right now. I have similar looking Citizen Promaster Titanium Diver that $460
