Heyman must have been touching himself while he typed that tweet.

That said, he's probably the baseball equivalent of Woj. So we're probably screwed.

We are in no way screwed. We're still better than the Red Sox, even without Lance.

there's so much to unpack from today, so i'll just start listing them. tuesday was devastating for oakland, today was twice as devastating for the yankees.  they had just started to play better.

The boy and I were at the last ALCS clincher - we were walking on air for days after Altuve’s walkoff. Today, the boy is 5,000 miles and 7 hours away, with no way to watch. So we did a video chat, w

The Dodgers should worry about winning tonight first.

With or without Lance, no.

We can still beat anyone in a seven game series.

Start Greinke before Odorizzi.

Yep i would start the guy who has 20 games postseason experience over the guy who has 1.

Greinke on the road this year has not been a disaster.  Throw him game 4.

No big surprise - Framber game 1, Luis game 2

If he can give you a pretty clean two times through the order in start up at Fenway I take that right now.

yeah i think either way they go (Greinke/Odorizzi) we can't expect more than them getting to the 5th inning at most.

You start Greinke/Odo in the game the offense scores 3 runs or less with 10 or more LOB.

just gotta figure out what game this going to be.

To be fair, compare today's 7-8 hitter to Bagwell's 7-8 hitters.

Bagwell looks like he could be a D1 fullback

I will not have you besmirch Everett and Ausmus, Sir.

Jason Lane, Brad Ausmus, Adam Everett don’t do it for you?

And if you really want to see a disparity, compare the number 9 hitters!

Honestly I think with Greinke and McCullers and then Pinch hitters I think we might get more out of that spot in the lineup than machete. It’s be close.
I’d honestly choose Greinke over machete if I wanted to have one guy get 400 AB’s over the other.

And if you really want to see a disparity, compare the number 9 hitters!

on days Hampton threw, there’s no comparison. maldy takes a hard L.

well we know who is going to homer twice tomorrow now

keep talking shit about Machete

I would say they are kissing the ring, but he doesn’t have one.
To soon.

Farewell postseason for the staff?  This says I'm retiring.  Take Strom's comments and Dusty with no extension and here we are.

Looks like Joe Espada will be filing out some roles.

Sale game 1, Eovaldi game 2

Team throwing low key shade at JV?

Interesting choice starting Sale in game 1. He’s pitched 1 inning so far this postseason.  Gave up 5 runs.

I remember a time when Sale started game 1 of a postseason series against us…

The Nationals weren't better than us in 2019.

If our bats stay hot, I like our chances against anyone.

Worry about what? He won't be on the ALCS roster

Haven't watched much MLB regular season this year.  Who is the easier matchup for the Astros:

  1. Giants
  2. Dodgers
