He wasn’t 100% and the Astros medical staff doesn’t understand that their job is to protect the player from himself. Generally, players want to play. He shouldn’t have been cleared.

Fire the entire medical and training staff tonight!

This is beyond fucking ridiculous and embarassing. Why would any good FA want to come here with this POS training and medical staff?

How did he get hurt by running on to the field?

Calf injuries lead to Achilles injuries, right?
just guessing as worst possible scenario bc you know, that’s what the deal is.

I feel like we are harmed by the Crawfords more than utilizing it?

Remember when Berkman would  stay inside the ball and he'd slice it right into them?

Paredes says shut your mouth.

Call Chas up and play him every day for the year. I bet he will be ok. He was average to good until last year and he got hurt and never got consistent AB’s. He probably didn’t forget how to play at 28 years old.

WTF, this is supposed to be the turn for Walter to have a quality start.

He can still get there. It’s time for us to lose a 3-2 game.

did kalas say walker’s kid hasn’t even been born yet??

I heard that too. Why is he on leave. He was hot, but no doubt he'll come back and suck again

Getting weak, inexperienced hitters to string together at least three singles to get a run home strikes me as a bad idea. I realize that's sort of who we are right now, but we were in LA, too. Somebody announce their presence with authority.

hopefully it's not his achilles

Why bother asking the doc, rub some dirt on it

Did you see him leave the field?  Sure as shit looked like Achilles.

Hummell and Trammell have combined to go 0-4 with 4k’s on 13 pitches.
Impressive. Andrew and I could do better I would bet. He wouldn’t likely swing. I might try to bunt. Definitely would have with 1&2 and one out.
