If they knew more about Javier and Garcia and France (and even add McCullers to that list) then trading Valdez would make more sense. As it is, with Framber and Brown we have a chance in any series.

His beef is valid insofar as the NFL is the main driver against anyone that speaks out against the potential dangers/safety issues of full-contact football and how the game is played. That shit trickles down and is only going to get worse with how much money kids can make in football nowadays. Doesn't mean the answer is shooting up an office building, but when the NFL squashes any kind of dissent and spends millions discrediting any and all scientific studies that show the negative effects of the sport, and our elected officials don't give a shit, what's the recourse?

He'd also have to leave The Woodlands, that is a lot of commitment. -
It goes the other way as well. Being a bleeding heart, pinko, commie liberal stuck in Montgomery County I keep my head on a swivel. I feel like someone stuck in enemy territory and probably overexaggerate the leanings of most of the locals here. There are plenty of grade-A shitheads running around; but not everyone is like that. But until I see contrary evidence, I'm lumping most people into the shithead category.

I don't have any experience with DTC golf clubs. I play a decade old set of callaway X somethings I bought off callawaypreowned.com . Old golf saying: Its the Indian, not the arrows. Plenty of good hits left in 5 year old "technology". I do agree with getting fitted, that gives you clubs that fit your bodies specific measurement. Basically rack clothes vs tailored. You can take the information from a fitting and have someone like Dicks or local club adjust a set, the callaway site above will adjust clubs too.

Why would they target themselves? I laughed when hospitality was removed from the hunt list. Yeah, sucks to not have room service or clean sheets in hotels. Fuck these fucking fucks.

That list does help explain why Tesla drivers are the shittiest drivers on the road, as evidenced by Teslas having by far the highest accident rate of any manufacturer. I think part of it is also the one group you forgot: 5. Teenagers with stupid parents. Likely the same stupid parents who buy their kids e-bikes but don't bother teaching them how to ride safely. The teenagers get a pass, but the parents should be removed from society. Teslas are some of the least safe vehicles money can buy, despite some of the bullshit safety ratings they lean on. You are more likely to die in a Tesla crash than in any other major manufacturer's vehicles. They kill more motorcyclists and bicyclists than any other manufacturer, and even if they were extremely safe for the driver and passengers (they're not) no teenager should be driving something that can go from 0-60 in under 2 seconds. Fuck every last moron who buys one of these for their kids (or hands over the keys to their used one). The only manufacturers that can compare in the shitty driver category are BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Lexus. Lexus can be attributed to the large number of old people who drive them, but it is less clear why the German vehicles are driven so poorly, as they seem to cover a wider age group. Does something about the cars turn people into shitty drivers, or are only shitty drivers drawn to BMW, Mercedes, and Audi? I suspect a certain type of person is drawn to these brands, and based on the way they drive, I further suspect narcissism may be the underlying cause, as these fuckers seem to have zero notions about sharing the road. In any event, Tesla drivers are the worst of all, as evidenced by their top spot for overall car accident rate. -
According to Mayor Adams the shooter left a suicide note. Adams also mentioned something about the shooter blaming the NFL for his CTE which is I suppose why he shot himself in the chest. Clearly he had mental issues but he didn’t play football after his senior year in high school which was nine years ago. Doesn’t mean he didn’t have CTE. But his beef was with the NFL. according to Adams he intended to go to the NFL offices but when he got on the elevators he got onto the wrong elevator bank. So basically he drove all the way from Vegas to NY. Only to spray the lobby with bullets and hit no one connected to the NFL. Gets on the wrong elevator bank goes to a random wrong floor and kills someone else who had nothing to do with his beef. I guess he also recognized he had no hope of getting to the NFL offices as everyone was already sheltering in place and there was no way to get to his intended target? Once he realizes a police response is on the way he Takes his own life. That’s pretty much all I was able to gather from checking the NY news. Maybe he thought if he did that back in Vegas on his high school football field no one would care to see whether or not he had CTE?

Texas Football 2025 Fall Camp - Kicking the Sonofabitch In

I fully expect the defense to be elite and have never said otherwise. I opted for brevity in my post above but I can go into detail. I don’t think we’ll force as many turnovers. 22 INTs last year was the most we’ve had in 15 years (side note: 25 in 14 games in 2009 is absurd). We had 16 twice since then with a typical number being 10-15 (more games now means a slight uptick in expected number of course). Taaffe is the only DB that has shown similar to instincts to Barron and Mukuba, which can be developed but is also something that will often show immediately in the elite guys (like Barron in 2022). Beyond our personnel, this defense could also be worse statistically without an actual drop in quality due to the step up in QB play we’re likely to see this year. And I don’t mean that to take away anything from last year’s defense. They were awesome. I can’t stress enough that this is not a ‘they ain’t played nobody’ post. We just might not get the same gifts from Sayin and Lagway that we got from literal walk-ons a year ago. Of course there are reasons for optimism. Atticus mentioned McDonald and Williams. I really like both of them. Williams particularly seems like a guy that creates turnovers, including fumbles. I still remember Sark talking him up as a future first rounder in his ‘23 signing day press conference and he’s been great when he’s played. I’d add Hill and Lefau in there as well. Jaylan Ford led the team in INTs in 2022 because he was so good at pass drops. Hill and Lefau had 1 each last year and could easily combine for a couple more due to continued improvements in drops (Hill) and increased playing time (Lefau). Point is, we’re going to develop guys and have an awesome defense but I’m expecting the INT number to drop a bit towards the 1/game number, which is still good. And to the other end of the turnover and field position discussion, our defense stands to benefit from fewer short fields due to our own turnovers, missed field goals, and blocked/fake punts. It was pretty incredible how well the defense held up when put into bad situations last year. -

Mukuba and Barron were ballhawks yes but also big hitters and helped in run support on occasion. Manny and Guilbeau are finesse players and need to be more physical. Getting Derek Williams back will help and McDonald should be fine at Nickel. -

I like the cut of your jib. But Moore has to like REALLY shit the bed to get canned, right? I think the way they finished last year bought him some goodwill.
