  1. Past hour
  2. Went with Erhine and our respective wives, show was fucking awesome. Badass to see CCR again, I cant remember last time I saw them live. The closer slapped and went hard in the paint. A freestyle version of Boys from Oklahoma featuring just about every special guest was great but closing with LA Freeway was badass
  3. The woods next to my house growing up was a close second.
  4. Hate to give up on Josh Jung….but it’s time to give up on Josh Jung….
  5. Pickguard screw count check please…
  6. The first cold case detective is dead fucking set on trying to prove he solved the case. like his entire lifes work is invalidated if it turns out his investigation was flawed, Ive never seen a cop try so hard to explain away DNA evidence. I understand the original first thought of "contamination", but its been 25 fucking years since he thought he solved the case, 15 years since the DNA evidence showed another person.... and now we find out that the APD cold case squad has at least 3 different samples that all came back and matched the same unknown male. at that point its fucking clear either a 5th person was involved with the boys.... or someone completely unrelated to them was involved. and you figure after 30 years where none of the boys every mentioned a 5th person, you have to assume theres another fucking person out there. i guess its impossible to do what the Golden State Killer investiagation did by using DNA to track down familial lines... sounds like the Y DNA isnt something that gets uploaded on its own.
  7. Colorado didn't exactly have the most modern cutting edge NFL-type offense. They didn't really need it. Wasn't what they do. That doesn't work in Shedeur's favor in his rookie NFL season. He will have some time to sit back and learn and try to figure it out. Don't be surprised to see him get forced into action at some point this season when things don't go well.
  8. That commercial sucks. MAGA will eat it up.
  9. Thomas and Morikawa should be locks. I would take Cantlay as well - a lot of experience and a good record in int'l events. Wouldn't hate any of Harman, Young or Burns but wouldn't be excited about any of them. Griffin, McNealy and Novak would all be wild cards. I know that Griffin and McNealy are the next 2 after JT and Collin but I wouldn't lose any sleep if they were left off. Keegan needs to figure out if he wants to play but frankly if he wasn't captaining I think I'd prefer him over any of the 6 I just listed. If anyone I didn't just list makes the team Keegan is on drugs.
  10. Government must allow the people to tell shitty parents that they're shitty parents.
  11. What was the name of that Pole Vaulter?
  12. You can still do that across threads. Once upon a time I lost considerable weight but I will say talking about weight loss when you don’t need to lose 50lbs isn’t helpful for those who are trying to lose a lot of weight and might even discourage them. There are tons of health topics like that. There’s a reason different topics related to health came to be. But idgaf in the end. Whatever it becomes it becomes.
  13. I hate the multiverse shit too, but it was actually kinda cool to see him be able to hang with his brother
  14. Are you overlooking the Colonel?
  15. The President may only remove a Fed Member “for cause.” “For cause” in the case of an independent agency member is a high standard. There must be a clear nexus between the alleged misconduct and the official’s duties and responsibilities as a Fed Member. The alleged misconduct occurred prior to Cook beginning her 14 year term. The misconduct alleged in this setting has nothing to do with performance as a Fed member. A personal financial transgression, even an illegal one, prior to holding office does not meet the “for cause” standard.
  16. the week before the game their fanbase/995 sounded exactly like jort does today
  17. Watch this space:
  18. Not really a biography but 'London, reign over me' about London in the classic rock period is good reading.
  19. Fortunately she woke up.
  20. and down she goes
  21. It is one of the hardest things to fix, though, if it doesn't click quickly. Mental processing speed is absolutely the main reason that NFL QB draft picks flame out so frequently. Some guys can see shit before it even happens (think TJ Ford on a basketball court) and some guys can't see it until a second after it's already happened. It's another ability but is the hardest to identify and test.
  22. A 50 cent move in a two hour span doesn’t seem like a big deal to me, tbh.
  23. https://www.denver7.com/news/politics/gov-polis-frustrated-by-trump-admins-label-of-colorado-as-a-sanctuary-state-in-refute-to-doj-demands Polis is 'frustrated' 😐 im afraid my governor is failing to rise to the occasion, to meet it with the vehement opposition required in this new reality. Newsom and Pritzker are setting the bar.
  24. Only if she loses, which seems very unlikely now. Hell, if anything, I'm impressed Venus got a set on her at her age. But I also remember a comment Martina Navratilova made about playing in her 40s -- that she was hitting the ball better than she ever had been, but just couldn't get to it any more. That describes Venus' play accurately; she's hitting the ball as well as I've ever seen, but it's just hard to move like you need to at 45. Muchova serving for the set at 5-1 and 30-0 up. Venus is toast.
