So either Campbell or Wingo was hungover at the first practice. Got it. -

“He's done a great job,” manager Bruce Bochy said of Garcia. Sticking with him as closer for now. Taken from LSB: Garcia in the 9th and extras: 22 innings, 4.50 ERA Garcia in the 7th and 8th: 19.1 innings, 1.40 ERA Maybe Sborz will come back like it's the 2023 playoffs. -

In a way I almost feel lucky. There were two other possible words I could have played there.

If I had to pick today I think it would be the seiko style first recommended - this one or the black version of this one … https://seikousa.com/collections/prospex/products/srpl51 the longines is nice but that seems more like a college grad gift. $575 doesn’t seem like an over spend for an 18 year old that likes watches.

Who hurt you today, imma?

You are not accurately describing the “kidnap theory”. There was discussion that she may have left the ship willingly (to parry or score drugs) and then been trafficked. I do agree that an old school snatching her off the ship against her will scenario seems highly implausible.

Why would come post on a website where people are a dick to you for no reason?

It’s kind of funny reading through pages of a bunch of middle aged white dudes bagging on the WNBA. I would say at this point with their social media presence and fan engagement, we aren’t their target market. My late teen daughters are all in. They don’t watch any other sports outside of F1, but they both have ESPN+ to watch games, follow numerous players religiously on socials, have travelled specifically for games, had a big watch party for the AllStar game, etc. Neither like Clark for the record, she has zero appeal/engagement for them. Now is the exact right time for the players to go after more money with expansion, the TV rights contract, valuation increases, etc. Every other sport has done it, so the view around here on the WNBA players making their play for a larger split is a little odd.

Exactly, which of part of the insanity of the idea that PBS is somehow harmful to poor people. It’s a free public benefit, it is the least biased source of reporting, it is arguably the only free educational media where your child is not the product. I don’t see why HBO or Netflix or whoever can’t do Frontline, and I guess they make some similar content, but PBS does that thing better than anyone and the lack of a profit incentive is surely part of it. It’s important and it is good, unless your definition of good has been so heavily corrupted that you put child rapist stickers on your car or you espouse libertarianism as if it comes from a moral high ground. Let’s tear down the libraries too. And of course the schools and universities, which is the plan. Welcome to Costco, I love you. -
Welp, had to push this trip back to next Saturday, which had me bummed out b/c I was really looking forward to getting out there for the first time in months, but it seems to have worked out for the best as it's currently raining cats and dogs at the lease and looks like it will for most of the day. There's a lot of things that can be said about our place but "a fun place to be when it's raining" is not one of them.

Sounds pretty accurate to me.
