  1. Past hour
  2. Maybe she'll finally get some innings in as we run-rule the Mildcats three times this weekend. Obviously not holding my breath on that, just hoping we roll and that she might have a little magic left in that arm to wrap up her Texas career.
  3. ⚾️ Immaculate Grid 760 9/9: Rarity: 16 IMMACULATE! 🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩 Play at: https://immaculategrid.com/play
  4. Tesla still has a chance, but the window is closing quick. Gotta get rid of Elon of course, and make a big deal of it. Hire a rather traditional car exec as CEO then go on an apology tour. Car exec gets the books in order, stops the dumb stuff and takes a hard look at the FSD thing. Mayby pause it until technology picks up. Tesla's charging system is the standard, or close. They have a good model with how they do charging stations. License to the Buccee's, Kwik Trip, etc. Seems those guys would be all in, They don't make money on gas anyway and "trapping" your customers in your lot for 30 min to charge is gonna sell a lot of Pepsi. Lastly, the bigs walking back from EV's is a big opportunity. Making EV's is hard, and it looks like it's so different ICE expertise doesn't translate over well. So as the bigs walk back, Tesla steps in. Refresh your lineup, for God's sake ditch the Cybertruck, lean in to what you're good at and don't be assholes. This doesn't hafta be hard. And even as a rural Conservative, I hope they succeed. The tech is fascinating and the cool things they come up with "leak out" to other things. Friggen electric tools today are awesome. Battery backup for hog barns, solar panels in pasture, etc. Awesome.
  5. Yep, trash with cash flash.
  6. Only for the stupid.
  7. He was a great heel. WWE/WWF don’t make them like they used to
  8. Good for her.
  9. Hahah check out this very funny video from spring practice. My girl keeps walking over to share some important tidbit with Bill. Lol.
  10. I have always said this is the best thread on the internet covering this terrible portion of history.
  11. Brief update: I have arrived in Kyiv on the overnight train. Tomorrow, I will be going with the group Dobrobat (https://www.dobrobat.in.ua/en/) to do construction for a veteran's home in the village of Demydiv. And over the weekend, with another group called Brave to Rebuild (https://bravetorebuild.in.ua/en), I will be doing demo and prep work on a site that will become a veteran's mental health center. Today I've been ambling around the city getting my bearings, went to a grocery store and stocked up a bit, and, tonight, I am doing an Airbnb experiences food/drink/history walking tour. This is the first time in a few years I have traveled to a non-English or Spanish speaking country, both of which I'm fluent in, or French, which I can muddle through. I have no context for communication beyond the basics like "hi," "please," and "thank you" type stuff and I can only barely read a lot of the Cyrillic-style alphabet on signs. It reminds me of previous travels to China or Japan, where I don't know shit for the language and can't read the signs except for in those not-common instances where there's an English equivalent. I think this kind of travel is really good for personal growth. And for you horndogs, I have my first date tomorrow night with Tatyana. I have focused on matches that have "short-term" as one of their options, and she's one of them. Tomorrow night it's a stroll so she can show me some of Kyiv and a dinner/drinks afterwards.
  12. ^^^Triggering intensifies^^^ sorry you don’t like an accurate description of the past.
  13. Evidently they don’t share the same common clay with Nebraska, Clemson, LSU, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Auburn, Penn State, and Ohio state. And are sodium deficient.

  15. We got absolutely pounded yesterday. Thunder and lightning were so intense one of the dogs shit on the rug.....scared shitless, literally. *now I need a new dog*
  16. I mean, it's spam, but it's actually good. I'm watching you @Ahsan1
  17. Man. 1 Your audience has no idea what you're talking about or how to pronounce that word. That you can spell it throws suspicion on your own Aggiehood. 2 Found in abundance at places where inane tradition trumps all. Thank goodness inane tradition doesn't fit your model. It's the huge proportion of actual soldiers and farmers who have attended A&M for the last 50 years that are the root of your problem. 3 I believe this falls under hopeless traditions. Hide-bound, inane traditionalist (claiming to be farmers and soldiers) morons regularly fail at searches for the right guy.
  18. On espn GetUp they are killing Luka. No mention of the roster make up. They played the clip of Redick getting pissed when asked why he made no second-half subs. But yeah, Luka needs to give some defensive effort
  19. The Uber situation was very predictable and I was warning about it on here 8 years ago. Driver pay was continually cut to the point that desperate immigrants living in their car and methheads are your main driver candidates now. Drivers used to get 80% of the fare. It varies now but 45-55% seems standard. This will get fixed when self driving cars are the main option.
  20. No, that would be the 320 model adopted by the US Army. Nothing amiss with the P365 series as far as I know.
  21. Traveled out of Austin last week for the first time in 2025. A 9:30am flight, arriving at the airport two hours before, and was in the regular security line with genpop because my TSApre expired in December and I forgot to renew. Took about 20 minutes from walking in the door, checking my bags, and getting through the security line. Better than I expected. I can see summer sucking, though.
  22. I sold my 2021 model Y earlier this year and replaced it with a Cadillac Optiq, it cost me about $27,000. Granted, most of that is because I was getting rid of a 4 year old car and replacing it with a brand new car that is a little more up-market, so someone replacing a used tesla with a similarly aged used electric car won't have nearly as big a financial hit. The trade in offers I got while shopping were $18k-$22k. Checking my area right now, a 2021 Mustang Mach E (rear wheel drive, standard range battery so a downgrade from the model y not quite an equivalent) is listed for $28k. So that's the financial hardship, $6k-$10k (depending on trade in offer)+ tax and a vehicle downgrade in both range and acceleration. I'm not comfortable jumping down the throats of people that aren't in position to do that, I think it's shitty and shows a lack of empathy.
  23. Bwahahaha. Lawrence O'Donnell of MSNBC tagging the president as Donny Two Dolls is the laugh I needed this morning.
  24. And what, pray tell, was the main trigger for the technical recession in 2022? Because I'm pretty sure it's not COVID affecting us now, and it'll be a while before measles comes back online. Not sure what 2022 has to do with arbitrary tariff policy that is the sole decision of a single man
  25. I’m not aware of an Uncle Tom-like pejorative for gays that lick republican boots, but if there is one, that’s this guy
