It's fascinating to see all these posts on Twitter over the last few months. Trying to diagnose intent, they either a)truly believe this stuff is groundbreaking and the future of creative content or B)they're rage baiting for engagement. Either way, IMO it's accelerated people's intolerance and disgust for this type application, and overall hurt the "AI" movement in general. Which warms the cockles.

Yea. But if I write you a check and you say peace out you’re a piece of shit. So if I pay a landscaper up front and he walks on me i may seek legal justice. Im not familiar with the Georgia case. If they paid it all up front and he bails the. I’m pissed for sure. I’m a dumbass but still pissed. If it’s monthly payments,oh well

I guess the next thing you’re going to tell us is that Santa isn’t real and Hornian didn’t invent the [emoji[emoji[emoji638][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]][emoji[emoji638][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]]]][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]][emoji[emoji638][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]]]]-[emoji[emoji638][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]][emoji[emoji638][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]]]]-[emoji[emoji638][emoji639][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]]] method.

all of the words written and spoken about the structure of college football miss this key point: the name of the current structure is the Football BOWL Subdivision - the FBS we are 11 years in to the new era of the Football PLAYOFF League - we're just pretending it doesn't exist yet this season there were 136 teams in the FBS for avoidance of doubt, in 1978 the ncaa split the "top" level of college football in to: Division I-A (FBS): The top tier, which had specific criteria for membership, including average home game attendance requirements, 139 teams in 1978 Division I-AA (FCS): A new sub-level for programs that chose not to or could not meet the I-A criteria, which included a playoff system for a national championship, 38 teams in 1978 this change was undertaken with the expectation that the ivy league would voluntarily drop down, but they did not and were forced out 3 years later after the rest of college football wrote draconian rules that were written specifically to force them out there is precedent for a forced ejection of 8 schools in one stroke despite the massive economic power (endowments) and political power (duh) behind the ivies, they did not litigate the ncaa and accepted their fate this year, 2025, the ivies joined the fcs playoff field for the first time, 47 years after the split espn went on the air 7 september 1979 0u broke the tv cartel in 1984 in 2025, cbs and nbc are irrelevant, disney and fox own the 2 big leagues, and the breakaway is going to happen, the question is how many teams, and the governance of spending the ncaa is powerless to stop it domer's de-indpendence is a foregone conclusion, and their existence in the College Premiership is in question.... private schools are possibly at risk of not making the cut due to sovereign immunity needed to inoculate the rebels from litigation if i were a fan of one of these schools i would be concerned - as we saw during the last round of realignment the people at the top running universities are often..... deficient acc Boston College Duke Miami Syracuse Wake Forest SMU Stanford rig12 Baylor BYU TCU b1g Northwestern USC sec Vanderbilt indy Notre Dame that's 14 private schools currently with a seat in the current round of musical chairs their best defense against permanent exile would be to form their own conference immediately, today they stand no chance at recourse if they are standalone entities when the long knives are unsheathed

They want so badly to make Bill Clinton happen. "Ha ha ha ha! He's in the files! You're burned stupid libs!" Everyone: "Ok. Get everything out there. Charge him with crimes if all possible if he committed crimes." (sadly): ".... but bill clinton" Like they're expecting a defense that just isn't coming, from anywhere. And when Clinton himself is asking for everything to be released.

Yeah, we need to bump up those numbers

College athletics is a joke now. He was drafted, he's been playing professionally for two years, how the fuck is he eligible? Fuck it. Can we get Durant back? He should still have 3 years of eligibility.

I say MORE EGGNOG FOR BRISKET!! May his Christmas be Merry and Drunk!

Well fuck, now what will I wear to Christmas at the grandparents' later today? All of my clothes and hats are grossly covered by Clinton's face. And how in the hell will I even get there? I can't drive my Clinton-wrapped truck now!

Pro Football Reference compiles all of the players *drafted* from each school into the NFL. I had a little spare time and decided to curate some of the data Notre Dame getting a playoff auto-bid for a top-12 finish would have made more sense in the 1990s or earlier. However, it makes less sense today. Here is the same data, with %-age of overall picks per decade... The pre-1970s %-ages for Texas surprised me, but we've had some lean years in there.... Note that the NFL draft shrunk to 7 rounds in 1994. Fwiw.
